So I was there today for a pretzel I got two pretzels and a small Coke the girl charge me $8.11 no problem I gave her $10.11 and never did get my change watching the two back behind the counter the girl wipes her face off and her nose and then puts her glove on without even washing her hands oh my this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this she wasn’t very pleasant either and today’s date is February 16 also the young gentleman behind the counter who is working the subway line Put his gloves on without even washing His hands I will say that the pretzels were better than the last time the last time I got them they were burnt to a crisp and today they were a little dry it out but better than the last time I feel that this will be the last time that I buy pretzels or subs from this place sad that they don’t wanna wash their hands when they put their gloves on and I have been to Other subways and when they take your order they always wash their hands and put on New gloves young lady Wasn’t even very polite very rude And this isn’t the only time she has been rude to me if she doesn’t want to job I’m sure there’s people out...

I use the new interactive Subway App on my Apple iPhone, and utilize the pick-up feature for when I am on lunch break to run in and grab my food. This has been the third time now that I have ordered my meal, and have gotten cookies and they have been miscounted and disregarded. How can you not count out 2 cookies. 1, 2. I don’t understand. But yet, they never fail to surprise me. One time even, they gave me the 4 I asked for, but come on, you actually though they were all going to be the same kind? Nope, they gave me whatever they got. The manager calming got up and reassured us everything was okay (as I stood there like a deer in the headlights) and jumped into action cleaning it up. I offered to help him but he instead let us get a new sandwich and helped move our table. In the world we live in today this type of empathy was well needed.
