Ranch Pizza Happy Valley — Restaurant in Happy Valley

Didn't try the food here yet stopped in for pinball and drinks. The place is cute and they've got some good pinball machines. Unfortunately, their bathroom situation is absolutely atrocious. There are no doors on the bathrooms at all so while you're fighting for your life on a toilet there's a family four feet away trying to eat their pizza with absolutely no sound or germ barriers in between. You stand up in the stall to button your pants and your dignity and you can make eye contact with a small child trying to have dinner right across from you. I literally can't imagine the thought process that went into designing this but just know that every inch of this establishment is covered in doo doo particles and you're going to feel like a sex offender just trying to go to...

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN. Came specifically asking for vegan pizza. Ordered a vegan slice with veggie pepperoni and pineapple and they served me REAL pepperoni. When I asked about it the cook tells me it’s real pepperoni like it’s the most normal thing then proceeds to try and justify the careless teen who took my order claiming “maybe she thought it was just a dairy thing.” In what planet do you make the assumption that someone eats meat when they come specifically asking for vegan pizza? In 13 years of not eating meat this is the first time I end up accidentally eating meat because of someone else’s carelessness. Will never go back to this place, not to mention the complete lack of empathy from the employees...

I don't normally write reviews but this time was different. this was my first time at this place, I had heard a lot of good stories about this restaurant but this experience was not good. I had went to this place with my boyfriend, we both wanted to try this place when our friends told us about it. when we went to order, the colored haired lady helping us seemed frantic and told us the wait time was only going to be 20 minutes. after we sat down I noticed she was on her phone a lot and was letting the food get cold while it was busy. it took over 30+ minutes to get our food and it was cold. overall my experience was not good, I will not be going back...
