McDonald's — Restaurant in Hardin

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE VERY BAD!!! NEVER COME HERE!! VERY BAD, VERY RUDE THEY'RE ALWAYS RUNNING OUT OF HAMBURGER!! ONE TIME ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES POSTED ON FACEBOOK; QUIT GETTING MAD & COMPLAINING ABOUT US RUNNING OUT OF HAMBURGER!! GO HOME & COOK!! UNCALLED FOR VERY RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! TONITE ON TOP OF NO HAMBURGER!! THEY WERE OUT OF A COUPLE OTHER THNGS TOO?! ISN'T IT PART OF THEIR JOB TO BE WELL STOCKED!! VERY BAD MANAGEMENT & PATHETIC SERVICES, FOR THIS TO BE A CONTINUOUS OCCURRENCE OF NO HAMBURGER!!! TONITE AFTER COMPLETING MY ORDER I LOOKED AT THE SCREEN TO MAKE SURE IT WAS CORRECT; I THEN SEE A SIGN THAT SAID NO HAMBURGER (I HAVE A LOUD TRUCK, SO I CAN BARELY HEAR ANYTHING BEING .,SAID) SO I RAISE MY VOICE THINKING THNKN THEY CAN'T HEAR MESAID U CANT MAKE THE #4 THE GUY SAID SOMETHING ABOUT BEEF & I SAID HOW COME U DDNT TELL ME U GUYS HAVE NO HAMBURGER? SOME LADY ACCUSED ME OF CUSSING WHICH I SWEAR TO GOD I DDNT. THEN THE GUY SAID I DNT LIKE THIS VIOLENCE?!! THEN THERE WAS LIKE 3 PEOPLE 4 IF U INCLUDE ME & I COULDN'T HEAR WHAT WAS BEING SAID CAUSE ON TOP OF THIS I HAVE A LOUD TRUCK!! SO I PULL FORWARD TO HEAR BETTER & THE GUY JUST SHAKES HIS HEAD & MOTIONS...

We had been driving for 12+ hours and stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast at 0830. We decided to share The Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. We asked the egg be round and get a muffin instead of a biscuit. When we picked up the order my husband asked for a few things and she had already put the jam, butter, syrup, utensils, napkins, salt and pepper in the bag. The food was really fresh and tasted better then usual. My husband said "it tasted homemade." This breakfast works great while driving because you make a sandwich with the muffin, egg and sausage then cut it in half to share. Cut hash brown in half and then but jam on the pancakes for him while he drives. I got the syrup of course. Yah me! FYI: we live in a big city so we're not use to this great of service and food...

Did the order app . Went in and waited 25 minutes. . Then we were told we had to go through the drive through. Went through the drive-thru after another 15 minutes waiting we were told pull forward into A reserved parking spot . 47 minutes later from when we first ordered we got our food and our order was wrong !. Well our meals were supposed to be medium size and it was all small drinks and fries . The fries where cold to the touch and they forgot a sandwich and to top it off looking at the receipt we didn't get our 20% off like it said on the app . Truthfully this McDonald's is horrible. SERVICE SUCKS and if you complain there's never a manager to speak to ! Tear it down and put in a restaurant or fast food that has better food with better prices and better...
