Hardee’s — Restaurant in Hardinsburg

So yesterday I stopped by and picked up dinner for me and my family. They took my order quick and everything started off great until the next 5 people that ordered behind me had gotten there food and left and I was standing in the lobby for a full 25 min before my food came .in my frustration I took my food and left thinking (it must be fresh ) considering my wait time ..how wrong I was .when I got home the food was not even bad it was totally un eatable..I composed my self and called the store and spoke to the manager on duty explaining my the quality of my recent visit and she apologized for the way I was treated and assembly that my order will be replaced free of charge ...this brings me to this morning..I showed up and placed an order for breakfast instead of dinner and I will say my food was delicious and hot .I really appreciate the way the manager took the time to make sure I got my money's worth and Hardee's has redeemed it's self and I will continue to...

Biscuits and gravy was great.... service wasn't the best. We tried using the app, a coupon code and no one new how to ring it up correctly about a week ago in the am. Tried getting a free raisin biscuit on the app with a coupon code and she couldn't figure it out she truly tried, went and got the assistant manager and she wasn't any help my bf tried explaining the issue to her and she was rude cut him off and no help at all. Long story short we winded up paying for the free raisin biscuit. We wouldn't have even gotten it we did it bc it said it'd be free, crazy. The one woman really tried helping it wasn't her fault. I can not give negative stars so that is why it is getting a 1 star review! While ordering food, we were constantly told to wait, asked 4 times what type of drink was wanted ...got the food, fries had been under a heat lamp so long they were hard but still full of grease. Cheese on the hot ham and cheese was not even melted, same with the chicken sandwich. Took fries back, they gave us different ones and they were full òf grease and unsalted. Drinks were very watered down. Not sure if new management is needed here, or company needs to up their game with product. Will not be returning and suggest to anyone that is thinking about going here.......don't waste your...
