Following my second unfavorable experience, I felt compelled to submit a review. I opted for mobile ordering, which proved to be a significant error. The pickup time was communicated to me via the app, and despite arriving 20 minutes after the scheduled time, my order was not ready. A substantial line had formed at the counter, and I understood that they were experiencing a backlog of orders. The employee informed me that it would take a little longer, and they waited until all the customers in line had received their food before initiating my order. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were prepared incorrectly, leading to considerable disappointment. In essence, I would advise against utilizing the Subway app or ordering ahead in the future. The first wrong encounter was when the lady put veggies on my sandwich before toasting when it said to toast it please.
