I just got an order of 4 Doritos locos tacos and 2 sides of black beans. The beans were so dried out that they bounced and one only had about a tablespoon full in it. I returned them and was told that’s all they had after waiting for at least 5 minutes at the front counter with workers looking at me and not saying anything. Finally I got the drive through workers attention by raising my voice to be noticed and she got the manager who was the one to tell me that if he remade the beans it would take 30 mins so that’s all they had. I asked for a refund but I forgot my card at home when I rushed out of the house to return the food so a refund wasn’t an option. Not that the money for that order made any difference but I walked out with the food left in the restaurant and no refund and the customer service was the worst I think I have ever experienced! That’s seriously sad and I know they could have done a lot better than that!!!!!
Revision: After returning home I looked at the tacos and they are no better! Maybe a tablespoon of meat and about a pound of lettuce and no cheese! Good grief! May not go back if that’s how it’s...

The staff are very unhospitable and will refuse the simplest request, for example on this day when I visited this particular Taco Bell I asked if they would simply roll my soft tacos like burritos so that both ends were closed so my boys would not loose the filling inside their tacos. That same lady, although started (our interaction) with a pleasant tone she quickly became rude upon discovering I had multiple orders and was asking for "special requests" (close both ends of tacos) however she redeemed her mood, and returned to her previous pleasant tone once I pulled up to the window and she was face to face with me.
