Very disappointed with my experience today. We order around 4 times a week and usually it is a large order. Today we ordered 8 drinks and when we got them back to our work place we realized 1 was missing and yes we should of checked before we left but the person picking them up did not so she went back to get it and the young man Elijah proceeded to argue that we did not order that many and just kept arguing about it until he handed her a coupon for a free coffee although what we ordered was smoothies. She comes back with the coupon and then we get a call at our work place from Elijah a few minutes later where he then proceeds to argue some more about the drinks...ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Who calls a customer at their work place to argue with them when the issue was over as far as we were concerned.This is not the first time we have had an issue with him and we let the last time slide because although he was very rude the last time he did remake the drinks that were made wrong. I feel this is very poor customer service and he needs to learn manners and how to speak properly to customers. He was very rude. I expressed to the lady who was working the 2nd time, of how the previous one tasted way to creamy & she did say she would put less cream in then said they do use a ice cream base, well I have never had a smoothie or heard of a smoothie place using ice cream as the base.
