Pizza Tonight — Restaurant in Hardinsburg

Have only been once and am basing my review on that. Ordered single trip salad bars, small pizzas with 5 toppings and garlic bread. The salad bar had several choices for a basic bar- iceberg, cheese, tomato, onion, cucumber, croutons, peppers, and several dressing options. Also had macaroni salad, cottage cheese, and beets. The pizza was approx 12" across and fed 2 people with salad bar as well. Pizza was hot and fresh. Bread was very good and came with garlic sauce. The only reason I took a star off was because there were several dirty tables and the floors were covered in food even though they weren't busy. Our group of 4 had to wait for them to clear a table ( 3 tables were dirty with food/empty plates) and only 1 table had anyone sitting at it. Bathroom (ladies) was out of soap and sink was dirty. I have gone there several times and have told others how great it was and have brought several there to eat. But yesterday in the 18th of April 2018 was the worst that I had ever had. Almost as bad as Mr. Gettie’s in Leitchfield. Ordered Meat lovers. Very little sauce and about 2” away from edge. Cheese was burnt along with bottom of crust. They didn’t even take the time to cut the pizza all the way though. Had to get a knife. Then it wasn’t editable. My brother paid for it because he could tell I was upset. Have been eating here for years, the staff is always friendly and although the menu is is not huge everything they make is delicious. Would drive 50 miles to dine with them the best pizza in the county, just a really good local business and I am more than happy to support. With all that we are facing in this day and age our support of our local businesses is essential.
