I’m updating my review 2025. The stuff here are very nice, the vets are all awesome as well. I’ve got several pets and they’ve seen every vet they have here. I mostly deal with Aaron Zellers, one of the vets who started few years ago! He’s very helpful, nice and my senior dog who’s picky really likes him as well! He’s been helping my senior geriatric dachshund Macy grace with her tumors. He’s very helpful and all around knowledgeable! I highly recommend this vet practice! They are still the cheapest in several counties! The owner, Tony Roe veterinarian, is awesome as well. He’s very nice. All the vets here are. If you really want a great vet who’s caring, goes beyond to help you and your pet, this office is a go to place! They helped us with a sad sudden passing of two of our animals days apart in 2021. They are compassionate. Dr Obryan had tears in his eyes when he had to tell me about my dapple dachshund passing. He hugged me as well and said how sorry he was he really tried. That hits home when a vet is so caring for not only my pets but my heart as well. They really take care of your pets. The newer vet a lady, my one dachshund really liked her as well. She’s got a heart of gold when helping your pets! So plz check them out you...
Read moreBy far the worst vet ever . I brought my dog to them cause he had ate a piece of blanket. So they had to do emergency surgery. I didn't see a doctor or the xray that day. I called back the next morning to check on him and they had left a heating pad in there with him over night . He eneded up eatting the heating pad and had wires in his belly they had to do another surgery. I told them I couldn't pay more than 1800 . He said we will do it as a charity case what do u mean sir. Yall let it in there over night not me cause hence he was there originally for eating a blanket In his cage. So I go get him after his second surgery. I noticed he was peeing blood the day after so I called they told me to bring him in. Costed another 101 dollars. For them to tell him they think it's normal. So Saturday rolls around I call cause his not eating or drinking anything. The receptionist told me that the doctor was too busy to call me back. I'm livid at this point I really just want my money back. I asked for his records still haven't received them. Or a call back what So ever . Even called today left a voice mail nothing. His cut looks infected. I looked like it was cut weird . I'll never take my pet back here ill go somewhere else to get it checked tomorrow . Needless to say I'm in tears this has been the worst experience in my life. One vet had his kids in the room when I went for the blood in pee . Climbing all over him he couldn't even hardly look over my pet . This place is a scam and just takes ur money. My pet is way worst off....
Read moreThis place is just.. bad on so many levels. Took my cat there for a spay, but the girl in front was more worried about selling me things for my cat. Something that costed $45 quickly turned out to be $121. The doctor there didn’t tell us ANYTHING about any warning signs, after care, or anything of the sort. So we were left doing hours of research on our cat, not knowing where the sutures were, if we needed to get them removed at any point, what she could and couldn’t have, etc. not to mention, the entire place smelled like straight urine. The staff were completely clueless, asking questions they should have already known because it was in my cats file. Just called, and have been waiting on the phone on hold for 20 minutes. Not to mention, when I first came there for my cat who had an appointment, I saw a dog who was dying on the floor in the reception with a sad man who had been waiting for a while. (The poor dog stayed there for a while beforehand, before the vet finally put the dog down) I told the receptionist to take the dog in first before my cat. So yea, if you wanna be waiting on hold for a half hour, not get good customer service, end up paying more than what you bargained for, not get any after care info or any info at all regarding the procedure, definitely go here. This vet does not give a grasp about the animals at all, only that sweet money that rolls in. Horrible horrible customer service. Trust me, do not go here. Would give 0...
