McDonald's — Restaurant in Harlan

If I can give a zero, I would. We just had some bad storms last night which left us with no power. So this morning I drove over to McDonald's in Harlan. I have been there a few times, but this morning was awful. I understand they were super busy. I ordered my food with the cashier, and I smiled and I said it looks like you all are the only place open, we have no power. She did not say nothing and walked away. I had got breakfast and 2 lg coffees, one for me and one for my mom. A woman called my number and I got my food and she was walking away, and I told her I had ordered 2 LG coffees with cream on the side. If looks could kill, I would be dead. She went over to the coffee machine and another girl was over there making the coffees. These 2 girls were standing there talking and both looked my way and kinda snickered. After what seemed like 7 min, she gave me the coffees and walked away and took someone's order. The other girl that took my order went on break. I was waiting on my cream for 10 min. Everyone saw me but was ignoring me. Finally a lady in the back that looks like she did not work up front came up to me and asked how can I help you? She was so sweet. I told her I was just waiting on my cream. She turned around and got the container of the creamer and gave me the cream for my coffee. I told her thank you so much, and she said your welcome. She was a older lady. As I was leaving, cars backed up to the road for the drive thru and the manager is out at someone's car talking. I got home and was drinking the coffee to find that we had coffee grinds in our coffee. It was enough to pour the coffee out. I understand if you don't want to work but there is no reason to have attitude and ignore your customers. ...

I wish there was a rating for a 0 star because I just went to McDonalds and we were waiting for 30 minutes for 1 gallon of sweet tea when they should have had some and the women went on a smoke break and forgot about us and the woman up there said it only takes 8 minutes to make it and we had to go in and get it ourselves and they were rude and they didn't even give us a full jug, and they said they didn't have enough tea and that's a lie because they were giving several cups of tea to a woman. After ordering a #2b combo w/sweet tea, 2 apple pies, & a 4 piece chicken nuggets, and receiving everything BUT the Quarter Pounder w/bacon, we were asked to pull up and the Quarter would be brought out to us. After waiting for about 10-12 minutes my wife went in-store to file a complaint & demand a refund for the Quarter Pounder. Because of the lack of quality service that McDonald's "usually" provides (the location in Harlan, KY is DEFINITELY NOT one of them), I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER return to their establishment.
