Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Harlingen

Very lazy employees. I ordered a 8pc chicken mix with coleslaw and bombers. The young kid with an earing in his ear, told me it was going to take them 20 minutes to cook more chicken . So I told him I'm going down the street to drop off some food then coming straight back to pick up churches. Well I get back and the young kid tells me that they gave my food away, because I wasn't there. And it will take them 30 minutes more to cook more chicken. I talk to the manager and he said a different storie saying that the kids forgot about me . How can he forget when my order is on the screen. I told the manager I was going to complain and he just shrugged his shoulders and said so. Wow this is the type of employees running restaurants in harlingen. ...

I ordered the new chicken sandwich. For $4.99. On the sign outside it said with Texas size bacon. When I get my order Texas size bacon was missing. When I went to ask for my Texas size bacon the cashier said that I did not asked for the bacon. Which I pointed to their sign and said your sign says Texas size bacon. I didn't know I had to ask. He said I had to. I said I could of gone to KFC and gotten a better chicken burger and for a dollar less. He redid the order. When I went to get my new burger. To my surprise my Texas bacon was very thin. But it had four pieces across it. And they let me keep the first burger without Texas bacon. Will not go again for Church's...

Customer service was bad, we ordered online wanting to make an exchange on an item while we were to pick up order. The cashier said we couldn't exchange it , because the manager said,No! We had to make an extra purchase8 for the simple exchange we were asking for. Tenders were hard and cold. Besides that everything else was great. Need to train staff and managers better with simple situations. This happened on Sept. 1 @ 12:30 and 1pm. The one on 13 street...
