Taco Bell — Restaurant in Harper Woods

I did an app order the previous day and they forgot my chips! So she said to come back, no I’ll come by the next day. Btw…app not user friendly for changes to the order!! I guess it must have been forever since I went inside of this location. I personally don’t like the new design of the interior of the store. It’s an open plan so you can see the staff making food. Staff asked me if I was picking up. I said no I wanted to place an order and pick up my chips from night before. She pointed to the kiosk and I said no because there are certain things I want and the app doesn’t allow it so she says: “well then you’ll have to wait!” RUDE #1 Instead of saying I’ll be with you as soon as I can. Then after she completes filling an order, she comes around the counter and goes to the kiosk like I’m supposed to know what she’s doing and then she says come here RUDE #2 I tell her what I want so she puts it in without teaching how she did it! RUDE #3 I had to remind her to get me the chips and cheese, and didn’t get any napkins. I guess that I got napkins the night before that I would’ve gotten them in this order but maybe because I walked in and I am supposed to get my own. I don’t know, but it was a messed up experience the fact that I spent more money to come back to get my chips. She should be happy for her store, but she wasn’t...

Absolutely ridiculous!! Line was so long it went out spilled out in to the street. My friend - I spent 46 minutes in line at Taco Bell while she was doordashing, she made $5 off that order! SMH... I wasted more in gas!! Thank goodness the food wasn't for me, or I would have been 1 HANGRY girl! Finally after 20 mins (line is moving at a snails pace) A sign of life, finally an employee emerges from the building. He starts walking up to the cars in line and proceeded to tell them "They were shutting down the drive-thru, only to the public though." He continued to say "they were only fulfilling doordash orders" I would have been so hangry if I waited in line for 20 minutes (remind you that was only half way through the line) for some employee to come out and tell me that because I'm not doordashing I ain't eating...Oh heck No!! Thank you taco bell for totally taking 46 minutes off my life & out of my friends paycheck. GET IT...

I came into this restaurant because I saw it off the freeway around 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Saw that the men’s bathroom had a vacant sign on, but I could not get in and there was a keypad. A female employee walked right by me and did not even offer help. That’s extremely rude. Went to the restaurant to order off the kiosk. The music was so loud that I couldn’t even think. I’m older and it’s not the type of music I prefer at all. It was obviously turned up extremely loud to please the employees not the customers. I refuse to eat in a place that plays extremely loud music, especially when it is not what I prefer. It was more of a rap style music. So I walked out and went elsewhere.
