I don't want to leave a 1 star because I love your food, but had a bad experience today and won't be returning to eat at your restaurant. I'm not even someone who really leaves bad reviews often, I just felt like this situation was handled so poorly. I ordered chicken parm on the website, paid an upcharge to sub out pasta sauce with Alfredo (not a big deal) my boyfriend went and picked it up, and they charged him an additional 1.50$ for a sauce upcharge when he got there (he of course just paid it and didn't think about it). When I called to ask why we were up charged twice, they told me I had to be charged for both sauces (even though chicken parm comes with marinara and I paid 18$ for that meal itself) they said I still had to pay for extra sauce for both the Alfredo and the marinara WHICH ALREADY COMES WITH MY 18$ MEAL. It really is only 1.50, not a lot of money, but could be for some people. I don't feel like whoever I talked to on the phone was super helpful or nice. It is the principle of the fact, that when I spent 31.80 on dinner at your restaurant I shouldn't have an additional upcharge that makes no sense, and we also eat here weekly which now we will not be because y'all wanna get greedy over up charging for a sauce that is supposed to come with the meal already. Again, your food is good and this is the first bad...

What in the world is going on at Angelo’s lately?

A bunch of us in our office have loved this place for years but our last few times ordering have been a disaster.

About a month ago, a bunch of us ordered and they forgot someone’s pizza slices that had been paid for. They did offer a credit since we weren’t able to go back at that time. Still though, that person had to go without lunch that day.

So today we decided to give it another shot. They did accept the credit from the last order which was nice. However, I had ordered a sub with NO sweet red peppers. The pictures show the receipt which tells me that they knew I didn’t want the peppers, as well as the peppers that I had to remove myself once I got the order. Plus, I never said no tomatoes and no onions. Not that it matters though, considering that my sub still had both. Don’t worry though, they made sure to charge me extra for the “extra cheese” that I never even asked for…. The person that went without lunch the last time we ordered had ordered an Italian wedge this time. The meat on the wedge consisted of ONE slice of ham and that was it. No other meat on the wedge. Somehow we ended up with a random roll and random containers of dressing though.

It’s really unfortunate that this once awesome place has gone...

Living in the areas it is a nice place to visit. We fully understand todays job situation. In so doing we also feel mangment should know their staff well enough to place their positions at times they can handle. Example: if lunch is heavier than night meals, the better waitresses able to handle should be scheduled during these peaks.

Tina can certainly handle the busy times and she seems to know her clientele when they walk in. Drinks are already in her mind. Sky has a pleasant personality, ready to give a smile and service. I feel when a class get together is scheduled, and only one is on wait staff, it becomes overwhelming. We were there one day when this very thing happened. We knew Tina was not there and only this poor server was to handle both rooms with little help from cashier? We had to leave as we had a scheduled appointment.

We understand hiring is hard today. Maybe if the manager knew the clientele better and busier times they could help assign accordingly. ...

First time here but not the last. Food was exceptional and service was great. My wife and I enjoyed this place. Also I have to say that you can always tell a good pizza place by the bread (pizza dough, sub rolls, ect). I had a and I Italian wedge (pizza dough par baked with cheese then made into a sub. Absolutely wonderful! Bread was nice and warm and meats and veggies cold. My wife had a meatball sub and she said the homemade meatballs were delicious. And she said they sub roll was out of this world. Wish I would have taken pics of the food but couldn't stop eating long enough to take some pics...
