If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I have gone to this place way more than I should have and given them a ton of chances to improve. I have ordered things that range from 1 item to 5 items and I have only ever been through the whole drive thru line in 7 minutes or less one time, I have also been inside and ordered ahead and it still takes forever. The one time wasn’t even the times that I have ordered one item, it was when their corporate people were here. I have only ever been apologized to one time, which was when I was inside and waited for a caramel macchiato for 30 minutes!!!! This morning I was there for 20 minutes and I left without an item because it was still not prepared. The line was not long, there was 1 person in front of me and no one in front of them. I got to the window to order and they said ‘one moment please’ so I waited, the lady in front of me had already gotten her order and left and I still hadn’t talked to anyone since being asked to wait. It had been 5 minutes at this point that I was just at the window so I said ‘hello?’ Not even in a rude tone, more of a confused tone. The girl says ‘I said one moment’ the I wait 3 more minutes to get my order taken. When I got to the window, I explained that I wasn’t trying to rush (even though I should have because that’s way too long to wait) but I thought maybe they forgot that I was there to which she says ‘oh’. No sorry, no nothing. I pay, get my 2 donuts then I’m still waiting for a bagel. No one has any senses of urgency at all, I can see at least 5 customers waiting inside for orders and they don’t look very happy. I’ve been waiting at the window for my whole order for 7 minutes now. No one had asked if I was waiting for anything, no nothing. I was waiting for someone to look in my direction even so I could tell them to forget the bagel but no one did so I just had to leave. Granted, I have never worked at a restaurant with drive thru but I have worked at other food and bev places and I feel like the idea is the same, make the customers happy. I don’t want to have to be sucked up to or anything like that, but any shred of respect for people’s time, any sense of urgency, or any kindness I feel like isn’t a lot to ask. I tried to call, the number isn’t set up so I guess this is my only space to post a complaint. For anyone that read this much thank you and be warned, this location does NOT have it together at all. Be prepared to spend about 3 times the amount of time here...
Read moreExtremely slow drive thru!! 😬 No movement now for 5 solid minutes now, morning of Friday 11/8. The line is backing up at a standstill. Who is in charge???
I ended up parking and walking inside, only to face another 10 minute wait… Five or six employees running around behind the counter, but not one of them had the good customer service courtesy to say “hi, hello, we see you, thank you for your patience, will be with you in a moment”
When the cashier finally stepped up to address me, she was still talking to a previous customer at the same time. No kindness of courtesy. It seemed to be a free for all, no one in any assigned place, and you could see the drive-through timer was going way over the limit. Drive thru line was still missable since I had stepped inside.
Not trying to be a “Karen” but this was literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience I have ever had...
Read moreMy son placed an order simple doughnuts. We watched everyone that ordered after us receive there orders but still not ours. When I said we haven't gotten our order yet instead of acknowledging that a mistake was made with grace the two ladies decide to make side comments while I was watching at them. I guess they aren't old enough to understand how customer service works or people can actually see you when you talk😑. When my son went to get his order keep in mind he has special needs he looked at the bag before taking it to make sure it was his. The young lady working the counter tells him it's his then turns her head and rolls her eyes. Excuse him for making sure he didn't take someone else order. What was a simple overlook by these employees turned into unnecessary attitude and all they needed to was say sorry and here is...
