Sorrento Pizza — Restaurant in Harrisburg

Called in for pick up... they don't repeat your order back to you, they don't tell you the total $ amt of your order and don't even tell you how long it will take to make, over the phone..I had to ask ALL the questions to get those answers.. They give you a number and I was 20. Got my order incorrect, ok things happen, but never tried to fix their mistake.. just looked at me like it was up to me to tell them how to fix it.. the one man looked at his fellow employee and asked if he took the order...then looked at me and said, well I don't know who took your order... I didn't care who took my order or who made the mistake... I just wanted them to fix it and they offered nothing..i was still nice, pleasant and thanked them on my way out...and they just watched me walk out with frustration all over my face. The food is good but not worth my time if I get this...

Will NEVER go here again! Menu online and in store says that extra toppings on a pizza are $.50 each! When I arrived to pay for my pizza it was $28.00! A complete rip off! When I made my point to the sales people they all started screaming it's $1.75 for each topping. Mind you NO WHERE ONLINE OR IN STORE IS THIS WRITTEN! They literally just made it up! I paid because it wasn't money that was the problem it was the principal! I ordered olives, mushroom, onions, and pepperoni. All of the vegetables were raw not cooked with the pizza! It was horrible! They didn't even have the decency to offer a free soda, instead they acted very uncivilized and ghetto! Never again!!! Place has been a dumb some the original owner sold...

Customer Service awful. Talked to the manager about ordering through the online service (Slice) and expected some care and concern but I got a bad attitude. I told him I never got my delivery (medium pep pizza) and he said not my responsibility. The delivery service reflect your company if customers are not getting their orders through that particular delivery service. Wow I grew up on sorrentos since I was 8yrs old this use to be one of my favorite places to go eat pizza. Not anymore. It's very sad that this restaurant establishment have turn into a cruel, crude, and unhospitable place it use to be so much fun going here. Get better sorrentos...
