I was just here. Ordered a cold brew with cocoa foam at around 9:45am When I got my cold brew with foam, the foam is basically all mixed up with the coffee already. I was waiting there and I didn't order ahead. Alysson who is there with McKenzie, told me that that's how almond milk is, it's very hard to make it foamy. The woman that you have working here is extremely rude. We sat there for 10 minutes in line while she just sat on her phone scrolling. Then she looked up and would not acknowledge us. she took 20 minutes to make a coffee that should've taken five minutes. this is some of the worst customers service I've ever experienced. she was working today, August 18 at 4:50 PM by herself last time we came here.
