So I’m gonna try and keep this professional, luckily the picture I’ve attached really speaks for itself. As someone who lives within walking distance of this McDonald’s, this is the average experience at this location: Incorrect and/or missing food, undercooked fries, and a long wait. As you can see, the receipt on my bag states that I ordered 2 McChickens W/ Extra Pickle (along with fries and a drink), the stickers on the sandwiches I received clearly state, “No Mayo”, not only that but it’s clear they belonged to a drive-thru customer, while I was curbside through the mobile app. But the fries, oh the fries. What you see here is a large fry out of a basket of fries that was cooked for about 90 seconds (1 minute less than the directed 2.5 minutes), resulting in the soggiest fries you’ve ever had, with grainy, uncooked, potato innards. How do I know they were undercooked, as opposed to just really old, cold fries (Neither of which are acceptable, don’t you give these mouth breathers any excuses), you ask? Well, having worked for McDonalds for a couple years, leaving in 2020, I had a coworker who had a habit, much to my dismay, of pulling fries early when we had an excess of orders to get out. If you were going on break at that time, you got em too. Those fries - soggier than hell, raw inside - are exactly what you get here, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Everything I’ve said up until this point is assuming they’ve gotten your order right, I mobile order here specifically because the employees are incapable of taking a drive through order. I once asked for “2 double cheeseburgers and a large Coke”, loud and clear, only for the drive thru worker to read back to me “2 cheeseburgers, and a large sprite”, so I corrected them, only for them to add my original order to the 2 cheeseburgers and the large sprite that they’d somehow imagined that I’d ordered, resulting in a 5 minute ordeal at the speaker and more at the 1st window to get the employee to understand that I only wanted 3 items (2 DC’s & a L Coke). I do not take it upon myself to write negative reviews, but this store is so consistently bad at everything that they do, that I can’t let it go unsaid. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not come to the Harrison Township McDonald’s for anything more than a drink, at least with machines (or YOU) making the fountain drinks, all they have to do is hit the right button on the cash register, which the employees here struggle with...
Read moreI came for breakfast on my way to work. I was running veryvearly, so I was in a good mood.
They have dual lines. I pull up and no one is there. I'm told to wait, no big deal. Another person pulls behind me, and then a guy goes in the other lane. The lady immediately takes his order and he pulls in front of the two of us that were already there waiting. Not much ticks me off, but line cutting does. I said, "What the heck? I was here way before that guy!" She says nothing, offers no apology. Just rudely takes my order.
I get to the window and there's a guy there with her. He gets my dog treats, which immediately fixed my anger. I'm gonna let it go because you were nice to my dog.
But he gives me 6 treats. I drop one of those treats, and he's mad at ME. I'm appreciative of all the treats, truly. But your big man hand can hold six. I'm a girl. Our hands are generally much smaller. I'm sorry I dropped one of six treats when you dropped them in my hand. Ive never been given more than two for him, either. So I wasn't expecting it.
So he's a jerk to me the entire time at the window as a result. I almost got out to grab it because he was so annoyed with me. But I knew I couldn't open my door enough to get out.
Then I go get my food at the second window, and she's rude, too! Nothing of note happened. It was just obvious she didnt want to be there and I was a nuisance.
I open up my breakfast burrito to eat on the way to work. The contents fall all over me.
Credit where credit is due-- the second was wrapped well, so I didn't wear that one to work.
If you can go to another...
Read moreI recently moved in town about a year ago, this McDonald’s location is a convenient place near by me. I am extremely disappointed this is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced! I am assuming the guy is the (manger) cause I see him every time I am there! He is rude and very disrespectful! I went there at 5:57am thinking it was 24 hour McDonald’s. My bad for thinking that. I drive to the drive through he says “ good morning we’re not open at 6ish. I said like 6:30? And he said 6:00am. I said okay and proceeded to drive and parked in the parking lot, I waited until 6:00am. I go back to the drive through. He says “ good morning we’re not open until 6:10am. I said “ okay I can wait “ I go back to the parking lot to wait until 6:10am. I’m in the drive through. He says “ good morning “ I said hi I thought you guys open at 6am that’s what it says online. Can I order my food? He says “ right, sometimes we’re behind things happens right? “ he was acting like I was suppose to know the rules around here. Then he asks “ what can I get you ? “ Everything didn’t seem right, I literally at this point did not want to order food w this guy knowing me being paranoid. First off he was already rude. 2nd he was indecisive about the open hours, twice! 3rd he said was behind. Who knows he could have feed me undercooked food or spit in the food. I drove off feeling disgusted!...
