I've dealt with many bad orders from this location but now feel the need to address this location. I ordered the premium breakfast burrito and tots. The burrito did not contain any cheese, onion or tomatoes. Oh I take it back..someone put in a slice of bitty tomato from last night's hamburger. Last time I ordered a couple of Buffalo jumbo popcorn chicken. The bowl contained crumbles of breading n very little chicken. I went back n the manager only said it was a defective bag but when they provided me with a replacement the crumbles were still on the bottom n fresh chicken on top. I've never had any issues at the other location. I'll be driving the extra mile for better service and management that cares about what leaves...
Read moreMy biggest qualms with Sonic is their prices. They are, in my opinion, fairly expensive for "fast food." However, that balanced with the quality and quantity of food you get, may, to some degree, justify their prices.
The portion sizes are pretty decent, usually. They have amazing Sweet Tea, in my opinion. One of the best I think. To add to the value, Harrison's Sonics (there's two of them) offer the Sweet Tea at a $1.00 all day, not just during certain times.
All the Sonics I've encountered, outside of Harrison, do not practice this policy. The teas go back to their regular prices, after the morning deal.

How about sonic corporate get involved and start holding these "owners" to a higher standard. We stopped eating here for a long time due to the constantly wrong, cold, stale food orders. A friend got hurt today so we walked over for a snack while waiting for the ER to check her out. And unfortunately even after several years the same problems. Half cold, old stale food, and they couldn't even bother putting both patties on my double cheeseburger...absurd. Knock it down, fire them all top to bottom, and start over....
