Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Harrodsburg

So my delivery was left at the door instead of hand it to me like I requested, and the driver kind of ran away. I picked the pizza box off the ground and my pizza was completely slammed to one side of the box. A lot of the toppings were missing. I think the pizza fell out of the box, and the driver just decided to deliver it anyhow, and run away. There was no sauce of the pizza and I ordered extra sauce as well. I want a full refund for this I called the restaurant and talked to Tiffany but she was very rude to me said the store was closed and there was nothing she could do tonight. I told her I didn’t think the food was safe to eat and I needed to know if it was safe to eat or I’m going to throw it away and I want a refund and she hung up the phone on me . I called back and talked to a nice young man and he told me to contact corporate to get a refund and call them back tomorrow. This was a very terrible experience and I will never use pizzahut again. Most of the time we don't have a problem and we like the pizza. Some days they just screw up,like tonight. Driver delivered the pizza but forgot the 4 extra garlic cups. We should have had 5 since the pizza comes with one already. I told the driver and he said I would have to call the store for them to send him back out. So, I did. 20 minutes or more later still no garlic cups. I called again and the manager said the driver was walking out with them as we spoke. It still took another 10 minutes for him to get here and he only had 4 of the 5 garlic cups.I called the manager again and she says they will note a .50 credit for us next time we order. I told her there may not be a next time. We only live about a 1/4 mile from the restaurant! It would not have taken the driver no more than 10 minutes to go back and get them. Very poor performance from the driver and that manager. If my customers are not...

I would go less than 1 star if I could. We ordered delivery an hour and a half before close. We waited and waited for our delivery, but our food still showed preparing. We started to call at 950 pm, since they closed at 10pm. Unable to get anyone by phone, I drove to the restaurant which was locked up tight. They did not have any problems taking my $80. And at this point, still have my $80.

So, to sum up, if you want to eat then go someplace else. If you want to donate money to this place, feel free to do so. I would not expect...
