KFC — Restaurant in Harrodsburg

This KFC location at 7.30 p.m. on 8/6/22 waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line was backed up , items on menu had stickers saying out of item , both on taco bell and KFC side , My family was there to get a fried chicken family meal , when we placed are order the person on drive thru said they was out of fried chicken , but on the outside drive thru menu said it was available , but they did have alot of stickers on items that where out of stock , they should.keep there drive sign updated and not waste people's time , it also seemed like they was short staff they was only taking one order until the customer drove off with there food flooding the line thru the drive thru , don't no exactly what was going on with this certain store , but we had to go to Lee's chicken instead and we didn't have a long wait A+ service ,reason I'm writing this is I'm just making people aware of...

Ordered 6 wings. Go home(30 min ) they were so dry and hard I had to cut them with utility scissors. One small bite and my mouth started burning. So spicy no one could possibly eat them. I call the store manage and shared with her how dry and hard they where and that there we too spicy for consumption. She said, " oh you hot hot wingss". I said I didnt order hot wings. She said they just assume " hot wings unless you order original recipe I told her on the menu not a word was said about that. She said next time you are in we will give you a discount. I said. Ordered two of the origional recipe, one piece breast meals. Pulled to the pickup windo and was asked to pull atound front as they were waiting for chicken. After almost ten minutes they came out and brought me too of the extra-crispy meals and was told that the person making the chicken had only dropped dark meat and it would be at least 20 minutes if I wanted to wait for what I ordered. I did not have time to wait so i took what they prepared. The apology seemed very half hearted, almost a "sorry about your luck".
