Burger King — Restaurant in Hartford

Burger King is just okay, some of there menu items are pretty good , but could be better. The big problems in my opinion are these... Not many items look like they do when advertised on TV. My sandwich is almost ALWAYS a flattened mess. The bun is always flat, like it was microwaved ..I'm pretty sure A LOT of there breakfast lunch and dinner shifts put microwave ovens to good use. The other thing for me is, inconsistent taste with items like the Chicken parm/italian sandwich they weave in and out of the menu..it tasted really good for what it is, last timeit was on the menu,,,this time around NAHH! (At least at the location I visited) the sauce was not as , good, salty, the cheese was not the same , and definitely had a different texture and taste..an attempt to save money and boost profits? Could be , it seem everything we buy costs more and more, yet we get less and less in quality &/or quantity! Soooo Burger king is necessary & neck with all the other fast food chains as far as consistency and value. Not like there much less expensive than a much healthier alternative...IF you can cope with parking and walking inside. (Moms, I get it) Demand what you paid for.. Hot food, soda that is not watery, a good sense of urgency, without cold, smashed food, being asked to pull over and wait ...OR missing part of your order. First off, I want to congratulate this burger king, the first one year anniversary this place is immaculate, especially even on night shift behind the counter was spotless. The tables were all clean the tan floors. We're all scrubbed, and y'all know I do my investigations, the manager or honor. The woman who runs it was so polite. The gentleman behind the register. Was so on time with the order If you're looking you're looking for a nice, comfortable place to sit down and eat with the family. This is a great place or just by yourself. To read a book, use your laptop. There is plenty of parking and plenty of tables and bye high tables side tables. Metal tables for you to choose from. And this is the afternoon night time. Absolutely horrible burger king. The main lady working here is incredibly rude. Every time I go, I place a mobile order making necessary communication minimal. However, the lady is super rude, when asking name for order, asked 3 times at speaker, then at window asked again, when told she gave me a disgusted look, walked away, came back with the receipt said, "this name?" this time with an even more disgusted scowl. Always forces a park away from window due to horribly slow service. Forgot straws after making us wait ten minutes for two meals, nothing customized. Last experience here, I had two separate mobile orders and she mixed the items in two separate bags. We returned thinking things were missing and got screamed at and called liars. Simple mistake, again very rude service. Worth it to drive ten minutes to go to another location. Don't know why you work here if you're going to be so rude to everyone.
