KFC — Restaurant in West Hartford

Overall, the staff there is extremely nice. I was out of state picking up a purchase I’d made and decided to stop here, I was about an hour away from home and picked up food for me and my family. It was a medium sized order but with very simple, unedited items. When they gave me the bags everything seemed fine but upon returning home we were missing our popcorn chicken. We called to try and get a refund for the one missing item and were informed we had to go in to get a refund. This was mildly frustrating, not because of them, but because it was another hour drive for us and it was getting late, to the point where we’d get there 30 minutes before they closed. BUT we figured we’d go, because at the time I was annoyed enough to care that strongly about my 11$. So we went, and upon arriving he prepared the popcorn chicken for us and asked what else he could do for us. Automatically amazing service quality. I asked if the entire order could be redone so I wouldn’t be going home to cold food and the manager without hesitance went to remake the order for us, this time everything was in the properly and we were even given a free pepsi because someone had driven off which was a nice...

i recenly place a 16 pieces meal on 5 10 2024, when i got home i find out there is no utensil and missing a side order of corn, since i live a little ways from the store, its not worth while to drive there to get this side order. so i called the store, i was hoping to ask them for some kind of credit toward the next order, but they just cut me off, and hang up the phone.not even an appology. i find the attitude is unacceptable. i hope your company will take disciplinary action toward this employee. so she no longer can ruin the reputation of your company and store. as of now, i don't think i will go back to this store again, unless i see some improvement in...

Went through drive thru, Totally messed up entire order. after saying it 3 times to make sure they were going to get correct, Were rude when they took the order as if I were a bother, Order extra crispy got regular. Ordered potato wedges got gross fries. If theye were out of wedges they should have said that instead of substituting on their own. Added an additioanal bisquit at window. charged me for it but never got. What a disaster of a lunch. This is not the first time they have royally screwed up my order. Definitely will not be going back and wasting money on food I end up...
