At a party this past Saturday and we decided to order pizza from Dominos (A first for me). After placing the order I received a call back from them about 20 or 30 minutes later can to verify the address after I did they said the driver was leaving right then. It took the driver over 30 minutes from that point to arrive. We were waiting in the driveway. The driver pulled up rolled his window down about 2 inches and through the window told me the total which was different than what I was told over the phone. We planned to tip the driver $10. So I added more money and handed him the money through the roll down window as he had not gotten out of his car yet or open the door. Then the driver asked through the roll down window if we could " do an old man a favor and get the pizzas ourselves". I thought it was odd but I said okay he turned the interior light on and through the window the entire back seat of his car was full of junk and clothes piled high. On top of that pile there were several pizza boxes some upside down or laying sideways. I asked if those were the boxes laying all over his stuff and he became frustrated and angrily said "Nevermind, I'll do it". He got out of his car (with much difficulty) as he was older and a large man. He pulled our pizzas out of a bag (I hadn't seen before). He left and circled or block several times? I was nervous about eating the pizzas after having can seen the conditions of his car. We also all wished we hadn't tipped him $10. I called Domino's the next day and spoke to the same shift manager that was working the night he delivered. The shift manager explained that the store manager was not available as he was on vacation, he apologized for the driver's Behavior and stated " oh that guy he was pissing me off all night I wanted to punch him in the face"! I asked if they do quality on the drivers vehicles he said it's impossible because they have over 30 drivers and can't check their cars regularly. This whole experience was mind-blowing to me. On top of all of that one of our pizza is was wrong. I feel like for a company that's trying to revamp everything they should really focus on customer service and quality control for more than just the pizza quality and in store customer service. Even the shift manager was...
Read moreI have been ordering from domino’s personally and for my business for years. The owner had been friendly and has been good to us in the past. This is why I am very sad to write this bad review. On May 17th I had placed an order through my wife for a party. It was raining and I stopped in front of the building to pick up the pizza’s. My wife went into the building, which was empty when I pulled up, and was greeted by the assistant manager Richard Ayers. She was immediately yelled at and told she would not be sold our Pizzas until I moved my car. At this point Richard continued to argue with my wife until she came outside. I then moved the car as soon as she informed me of the issue. I then went in myself. I obviously was upset. I was again verbally confronted about where I parked to pick up the Pizza’s. I informed Richard that I would be in contact with the Owner as soon as possible about how my wife and I were treated. At this point a Driver Shawn Marshal chimes in and would not stop yelling at me about where I parked. I had to continually ask him to stop talking to me while I tried to purchase my Pizza. I informed them that this would be the last time me or my business would be ordering from this Domino’s location. They also provided me with the names of these individuals as I requested.
Later this evening my wife was called by the Manager Who was identified as Jose he informed my wife that we would no longer be welcome on the property and threatened to call the police the next time I come to this location. I was never contacted by this manager to discuss this incident or get our side of this story. Just this threatening call. Sadly I cannot recommend going to this business Any further. I will still be working to contact the owner to inform him of the problems...
Read moreOrdered a pizza tonight and a mistake happened. My pizza came without cheese, or to be specific was just white sauce and toppings. Not a big deal, normally this location is great about handling mistakes. Called and spoke to the manager on (Sam) who stated " I was like standing there I could swear we put cheese on." I had to again state that I order this pizza often and that this pizza did not have cheese, my toppings we're swimming in white sauce. She stated "Fine I'll send another but I want the other pizza." Fine by me the pizza was bad. Waited another 30 min for my food, which when arrived was as expected and not swimming. Sent the other pizza on it's way. Thought all was great, however the manager (Sam) called me and rather than apologize or ask how the reorder was began berating me that there was nothing wrong with the pizza which was first sent and stated "maybe you just need to actually order pizza more.". I believe mistakes happen but poor customer service is not acceptable. Poorly trained manager who clearly does not understand customer service. It's to bad we really...
