Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hartford

Cashier 9n 4/30/18 about 9:15-9:30 was excellent at taking our order she by herself gets a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 says cashier Maria C on receipt!! Nice women. I asked for 2 dark roast coffees Carmel swirl and cream (ice cold) instead of making an actual pot of Dark Roast the girl gave us regular. (Not the cashier)I use to work at DD so i know which pot holds regular, decaf, dark roast so there was No mistake i saw her grab regular. I heard her say man someone gotta make some dark roast every be askin exact words. Then we sit down the coffee like i said was ice cold and our bagel twist that were heated were so cold the margerine didn't melt.... My husband got up and explains our coffees were cold and the girl grabs them with an Attitude and heats them Up!!! Omg if i was not in a rush. Then we're about to leave, i wipe the little donut crumbs my son left as well as the rest of our tables and proceed to push in the 3 chairs unlike when we arrived they were pulled away from the table. Anyways this girl with tattoos all around her back waist (cause her shirts so tight everytime she leaned over her tattoos would show with the rest of it being rolls) She all a sudden wanted to act like she was working and comes to the table next to ours and starts pushing the chairs in hard with an attitude kinda slamming them up to the table. We didn't even sit there. She should of had the decency to wait for us to walk away from our table to act mad and like she was running things!! I tell you she was the one or of them who gave the attitude to EVERYBODY even her lips kept running swearing like she was talking to friends outside. I nevvvver complain but today i musty because she was so rude!! Cook was sweet and caring the cashier great and then i didn't see who heated the coffees in the microwave but not right and not expected by a DD....

This is the most disrespectful staff at any Dunkin’ Donuts i’ve Ever been to. It’s not occasionally that they are rude, or don’t get my order right, or just don’t care, it’s every single time I go. I go 7 days a week. Always to get my coffee. Sometimes in the morning sometimes during the day. A few times where I have dealt with the manager giving me dirty looks and having an attitude because I asked if she can fix a coffee that she got wrong. Then another time I came in I asked for an apple cider with no ice, since they fill it to the top with ice and it’s never full of apple cider, well I got a medium iced apple cider (no ice) and the girl filled it halfway, and when I asked if she can actually fill it to the top (because that’s what I payed for) she said no , that , that’s what I would get if I had ice in it, which #1 is a complete rip off if that’s true, #2 that’s the reason I didn’t ask for ice, #3 the apple cider I’m asking for isn’t coming out of her pocket. So for her to not fill up the cup is beyond me . The staff and managers are all rude. I think this seriously needs to be addressed because I go here all the time. And it’s sad to see all employees this disrespectful if I could give this a negative...

I got charged Over ten dollars for 1 coffee Which was ordered correctly on the receipt. Abd the manager refused to give me my proper change.. With that being said I told her that was illegal With that being said, I told her that was illegal And i'm not leaving until I get my money, And if I don't get my money i'm calling the police... She then said this is why I hate white people call the police.. Not only. Was this a Cruel and racial act But she had the nerve and audacity to steal my money Unlock me. I never Disgusted. With a human being in my life. Growing up. My parents' taught me to treat Everybody equally Because inside it was We all have the same thing.. I am still waiting on the police To take my statement And I pray That this manager never works Ever again Because if she does not lose her job after such acr I will make sure to contact The dunkin donuts Franchise and have it investigated Immediately.. Because no human being should have their hard earned money stollen from them and treated as if they don't belong here.. It is cold hearted and I am shocked That this miniature is ltake group of workers in such a way.. This again d Disgusted me to my core.. No one deserves that Especially after...
