Hi Andy,

I am unsure on why you give your customers hangers that say "We love our customers" when your service is anything but.

Your dry cleaners damaged my jacket and I am asking for it to be repaired. I am not sure why this is seems like such an extraneous request to you but I honestly hope it was worth it the $40 it saved you from having the jacket rebuttoned and issuing a refund.

As someone who wears a suit to work daily, and my colleagues wear suits as well, I have let them know to totally avoid Top Kat Laundromats for their dry cleaning needs. I will also refuse to come here for any more business in the future and will be leaving negative reviews to warn people about the terrible service I've received. Perhaps this will help improve your service model to your customer that trust you with their clothing. Not too mention that the clothing even came back late!

Definitely needs to rehire new employees that knows the definition of customer services. There’s one in there with a gray Honda. I been waiting and wanting to find out what’s her name to report her. She very disrespectful towards customers. Drinking at the job. Screaming all ghetto (also screaming when children are around)I don’t understand how a person her age can act the way she does. If you have deep pockets to pay to get the card witch is 2 dollars plus 24.95 to wash 1 load of laundry that's fine but if you're on a budget and want to save a couple of dollars I highly recommend the laundromat on new park Ave in Hartford CT across from stop and shop

Ps.the laundromat on new park don't charge you to get a card and what ever amount of money you put in it is going to show as your balance so if you put 60 dollars in to the card than your new balance is 60 dollars until you use it to wash...
