El Trigal del Peru (Peruvian Bakery) — Restaurant in Hartford

The food at this place is decent, especially the breads which remind me of Peruvian cuisine back home. However, the overall experience is affected by the people that take the orders. Specially a woman who has a consistently bad attitude and rarely smiles or says thank you. Additionally, the food takes a long time to be served, even when the place is not busy. I have regretted going there during my lunch break or on my way to work because of the slow service. Not only that, the prices are quite high, and even a simple order of 8 breads and a few other items can easily cost over $40. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for this bakery. It's a shame that the customer service is lacking, and I hope a rival Peruvian bakery opens in the area to improve the overall service. Due to my experiences with the service, I rarely go...

It’s no use that the food they serve is very good when the staff who are there to serve the public is very spoiled, the lady seems not to like her work and even at the moment of leaving the return throws the money as if one was asking for the things for free and at the time of taking the order the same, not even the owners are so bad time it made me go through they really should improve...
