La Fonda Bar Restaurante — Restaurant in Hartford

I find that the food I used to order,, would come to me exactly AS I WANTED it. Then One night my friends n I wanted to eat out , it was around 7:50 pm . The yellow rice was not totally cooked, the fish had noooo flavor sprinkled with a little bit of something , they definition of vegetables are in cans and not what u think are good vegetables. When you order food in this restaurant b sure you are very specific about vegetables food and a realy cooked dish.. the end result ? I gave back the peas and carrots to the waiter n I said " I don't appreciate vegetables in a can at a restaurant , I didn't asked for that " , seconds later I brought to the cook the unfinished cooked rice. I pay for the tasteless fish dish n gave no tip. I would have given a tip IF the waiter make a suggestion or come up with something. I haven't been there for a long time. There’s a couple of Colombian restaurants in Hartford and usually this used to be one of those spots to go to for food but nowadays it’s a hit or miss sometimes the beans don’t even taste Colombian. They taste like they were season how Puerto Rican food would be seasoned. Super salty food.I recently picked up food for my family to eat and the waiter was giving me a hard time. I spent over $60 on a few meals and I asked him if I can get some pink sauce for my food. He replied that he would need to charge me one dollar for a small little cup of pink sauce I was mind blown. I like really this is insane since when you guys started to charge for the pink sauce. We had a table for 9 on cinco de mayo, place was a little busy and the waitress let us know ahead of ordering the food may take a while to come out. On placing our order she was anxious and was not very friendly. Food did come out on a reasonable time and it was good, but at the time of paying was where we all got disappointed. They said that the bill was only able to split in 2 due to their system of processing the payment was not able to do it any other way (not sure what kind of system they use but apparently was not up to date). After some time disputing the payment matter, they finally split the bill and did a bad job doing it.
