There is nothing NEW YORK about this pizza and I am from New York City so you can't fool me. On the other hand when I ordered my pizza and paid everything was smooth. Got home with the pizza realized that it's not NY style because NY style is usually thin and the crust is crunchy. Not in This case. Pizza was loaded with cheese(I love cheese but on a NY style pizza it's usually not loaded like this one). Toppings did NOT taste fresh( chicken was the topping and I know they did not make it fresh on the grill ). Crust was no where near good. Pizza had huge holes in the crust so it looked like my 10 year old made it. Last but not least when I called the owner/manager didn't seem to care one bit. No apologies no discount if I was to return( which I will not ) more like angry that I called to let them know. What a horrible way to run your business. I thought that would be perfect since it takes 50 mins to get to hartford from my house anyways. I ended up getting there in an hr and 15 mins because I also stopped at cvs, and they told me "another 20 mins" and then another 20 mins on top and by the time my husband went it again it was another 15 mins until he came out with the byrek. I wouldnt have minded that much, but i had people over from NJ waiting to eat and i live far as well. It was just a long time to wait.
