A&E's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Hartville

The location was a bit confusing. I say this because yes there was a big sign out front where pizza bogo had a sign, but the actual shop doesn’t have a sign on the door or top of the building and the open light wasn’t on. I had to drive around just to make sure. I tried the sausage pizza and the balsamico. Both on original crust. Once getting home and opening the boxes I realized that I was given a side of marinara sauce, but I ordered a side of garlic butter. Mistakes happen. The pizzas were undercooked and very soggy. I had to put them in the air fryer because the bottom on the balsamico was especially underdone. My boyfriend tried a bite before the air fryer and said it was doughy and the onion was still raw tasting. After cooking them for longer, they were delicious!! It would have been nice to have more sausage on the sausage pizza, each piece had 3-4 little pieces. I say this because the sausage was great, just sparse. The pepperoni roll crust was my favorite part of both pizzas. I do recommend that. The chocolate chip cookies were fantastic though. Cooked to perfection! I’m not sure if we’d try it again. Having to cook our two large pizzas after spending over $42 wasn’t the best, but once they were cooked, we really did enjoy them. OMG! This place is tucked back a bit, but what a find! Fantastic service and the food…..amazing! Nephew and daughter got small pizzas. My nephew ate the entire thing and raved about the crust. He doesn’t usually eat the crust but chowed it all down. My daughter also raved about her pizza and the mozzarella sticks. My mom went with the chicken parm sandwich and was impressed with how big the sandwich was and the flavor. I went with the GF crust. I’ve tried a lot of GF crusts over the years and this by far was THE BEST!!! I live out of state and will absolutely come back when I’m visiting my family. Pizza back home is just not...

The absolute best canolis around! Completely full of filling not cheated by filling just the ends. Perfect classic filling. I usually have to drive to Parma to get a decent canoli. My only negatives would be that our pizza could use more sauce and cooked a few minutes longer. Same with the chicken bacon ranch. It was great just needed a little more ranch. The best pizza we had was with barbecue sauce, chicken, bacon, jalapeño and the "HOT HONEY DRIZZLE" which is something I didn't even know I needed in my life. I will be getting this combo again!
