Peace, Love and Little Donuts of Hartville — Restaurant in Hartville

Love, love, love the donuts, but please guys, get a handle on these hours of operation! Google (which EVERYONE uses to get necessary info on your establishment) says 7-2 on Sunday at your Hartville, OH location. I made a useless trip today, (10 mins. out & back) to find out it closed at 1 pm according to the sign on the window. Imagine my disappointment, like I said, I LOVE the donuts. I get that staffing & supply can be difficult during these times, but if you change the hours in one spot, you gotta do it everywhere. It’s bad enough we need to wait till Thursday to get that donut...

Extremely disappointed in this location. Arrived after noon and ordered donuts with my children. Was rushed ordering and then told we were “unable to sit inside at the tables and chairs as they were just cleaned”. Assuming we were told we couldn’t eat there because we have children. Would never return to this location and have never been treated this way before. Horrible customer service. Also questioning why there would be tables and chairs if you are not supposed to sit on them to enjoy your donut. I have no idea why a place with these types of ethics should exist. Not very...

They did donuts for our wedding because they guaranteed us nut free donuts, which was HUGE since my now-husband is deathly allergic to tree nuts. They had us in for a tasting, which was delicious! Day of they came in and had everything set up at the reception before the bridal party got there. We had only 2 dozen donuts left at the end of the night, they were a huge hit! What was so meaningful was that they made a box of donuts just for the bride and groom to make sure we had a chance to eat some. They left it at the head table for us! We will definitely be...
