Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hartville

Tonight I ordered food and when it came time to pick up my order after sitting at the drive thru for about 15 minutes and eventually two cars behind me waiting as well no one came to the window, it looked obvious that the store was indeed open. Lights on radio playing at a moderate level (they could hear a casual knock on the window let alone blaring my horn) drove around to the front the door was locked. No one appeared in the store. Tried calling and it rang for several minutes no answer. (8:00pm) I left and got food elsewhere. Not thinking anything passed it , hours later around 11:00pm Codey Csonka called me to inquire in why my order was still here, offered to have one of his drivers bring it to me. He was at another location and once I let him know of the situation he was incredibly apologetic and offered several ways to remedy the situation including letting his store manager know. Although the initial scenario was an incredible fail on the locations side he demonstrated a gigantic show of professionalism in customer service and genuine care for the consumer. I wasn’t going to spend money here again instead use the 91 and 619 location if it weren’t for his actions. I also am in a line of work to offer excellent customer service and Codey knocked it out of the park. I would give this 0 stars if possible. Went Saturday night. Our party of 6 walked in BEFORE dinner rush. There was 1 table, 2 people, already sat and waiting for food. The server, Bridget, was absolute garbage. We ordered 6 waters... she brought 6 empty cups and gave us a water pitcher to fill up our cups. Naturally, the pitcher was empty before all the cups were full. When asked about getting another pitcher, she gave us attitude. Finally got to order after much time has passed. After taking our order, she came back twice to verify what we had said... no big deal, I’m a server & I understand forgetting or not being able to read what you wrote.. however, the customer service and attitude behind every exchange was rude and unprofessional. Our pasta dish came out wrong and she proceeded to ARGUE with us over the sauce in which was asked for. The sauce we order EVERY TIME we come. The waitress consistently forgot food and drinks that were ordered. Members of our party had to go to the register to request items forgotten. Every time, she apologized in a sarcastic manner and left the table mumbling under her breath. We will NEVER be returning to this location. And as for this server, I highly suggest some training on customer service or a new job. I have never not tipped a server in my life.... until this visit. I placed an order today August 31st @ 1:38pm. And the total was a $113. I clled after 4pm saying that I had not gotten my order....the manger.. (she said she was )did not have a driver but ordered a door dasher... we had already waited for almost 3 hrs ...with no notice....or contact from them directly. She said we will have to wait for another 20min for it to arrive. It did arrive at 436pm and when it finally showed up after I called and asked where my order was ... and then I was missing 5 pizzas and she wanted me to just take the loss and still pay for the 5 pizzas when I had ordered 7 pizzas but only received 2.....She said she was the manager and that she packed the order up herself and that everything was there....but I told her I do not have them and I'm not going to pay for them if I don't have them. She told me she doesn't know what to tell me that she would not give me a refund. She said she would drive to my house HERSELF to deliver the missing pizzas....but SHE DID NOT! Also When we finally got the food the food is cold and it tastes old not fresh and hot. She sounded like (when i clled...)she was just miserable and hated her job and she wasn't accommodating or polite. I will not be ordering from here...
