So, we visited family and we had been going to that starbucks since we arrived and never had an issue there with service, we would go though the Drive thru with a big order and everything was great up until we were leaving Georgia, we decided to go and get coffee before hitting the road, the employee asked for our order and we said it to them but we needed to take away a drink to add another still in the middle of ordering when someone else gets in the com and tells us that for future reference they start making the drinks as we are still ordering which sounded a bit rude and scolding so we told them that if they started the drink already that we were paying for it and to add the other drink on there cause we didn't want to cause issues in which he responded that it was fine but still in an annoyed way, then we go to the window where they give us just the straws and tell us to go wait by the rails that they will give us our drinks there and mind you there was no cars behind us at all. Then the employee brings our drinks to where we had to get out of the car to get so I made a remark saying that what is the point of a drive thru when I have to get up for the order and the employee answered something but then walked inside for the rest of the order but someone else came out saying he was Cody the manager and that what was the concern but his demeanor was more confronting than anything else.. and then excusing the fact that they were rude. But I just spen5 $20 - every single item was wrong, it was a nightmare trying to pay because they don't take $50 bills (I may be mistaken but I thought a business was required by law to accept legal tender) looking back I would have been better off to say I'm sorry I'm not going to be able to pay for everything because I just have cash. And I don't/can't try my drink while I'm in the drive though, because it's too hot so by the time I try it it's been 10 minutes or so. The last time I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha, hot.
