Update Sept 2024: You can no longer place your order at a register with a live person. You MUST place your order in the app or with the 2 terminals in the lobby. 2 terminals is not enough during peak times, especially when most people do not know how to use the system, which results in people just walking out the door saying, "I'm not doing that!"
You could also just go to Drive Thru to talk to a real person, but that's silly if you want to eat inside.
Also, on multiple occasions including today, they do not have Large Cups, but they still charge you for a large unless you complain and they will refund the difference between a large drink and a small cup.
Toyia was the store manager that day, and she did her absolute best in try to make right what 3 different customers that were complaining to her about, which were the same exact things. The manager's hands are tied, so it's the franchisee owner that is the source of this fiasco.
They are also understaffed to conduct daily operations. As of now, the dining area is usually unkempt and there's no one on a register. Something's wrong here.
Update Nov 2023: The orders have been accurate the past several visits. Mood seems to have improved slightly than visits prior. Overall, the store is kept up and wiped down, but the store could use a deep cleaning. I've increased their store rating to 3 Stars. With a little effort, they could easily be a 4 Star.
Original: Store was built in 2019. Food tastes alright, but invariably... they - get - the - order - WRONG! Everytime, not exaggerating. Try ordering a hard shell taco supreme with beans instead of meat. I guarantee you may or may not get beans instead of meat, but you definitely will not have any sour cream or tomatoes. Had they read the order it said extra meat extra cheese at jalapenos not take away every ingredient that makes a Crunchwrap Supreme put the cheese down seal it shut loaded with jalapenos and then the only way you find out is when you bite into it and realize it's nothing but hot peppers I mean you could kill somebody you could seriously injure a person when they can't see inside of the particular food they're eating and you put the complete wrong ingredients had it been a hotter more dangerous pepper that somebody only wanted the normal serving of you would have really tore their stomach up had they been into it and swallowed it you've lost my business and frankly I wished I could have every dollar I've spent with you back I've given you four chances and this is it do not eat at this place I swear to God...
Read moreThis place is horrible! It used to be great...the people were friendly, service was quick, you were in and out in no time. But, the new crew that's working there now... Pathetic! The last two visits for my wife and I were ridiculously bad. On both occasions we placed our order in the app, drove 20 minutes only to find they hadn't even started our order, encountered a collective don't give a damn attitude from the workers, then had to wait in the (filthy) dining area for more than an hour! A few suggestions for those of you working there... When an order pops up from the app, perhaps you should start making it then. Time is important to people, so maybe don't leave us waiting for over an hour in your lobby. Maybe pick up a broom and sweep that nasty floor. Wipe the counters, the tables, etc... It's not going to hurt you. It might even make you feel better, as you'll actually be EARNING your pay. Put your phones down! Reduce the chitter chat to less than 3,700 words per minute, because when your mouths are running non-stop it really seems to bring your hands to a creeping crawl. Re-direct that energy. Most importantly... Give a damn! Treat people as you'd like to be treated...assuming you like being treated decently. You'll find the less you give a damn about others, the less they'll give a damn about you. In closing... I really hate leaving a review like this, it's something I rarely do.
