whether if your the store general manager or not Emily you have very very low morals , no professionalism, and you display lack of leadership to your team. Emily you need to be retrained on basic courtesy , addressing complaints and learning how to have a welcoming atmosphere until you do you will continue to have negative guest experience and you will continue to run this store to the ground running off loyal customers . I have never had an issue when coming at night which is normally the time I come but this visit was terrible . Emily your a very sad example of leadership in front of your staff along with your customers, you were Not actively listening to the customer concerns or taking steps to improve concerns based on feedback that was given . your also not training your staff properly when it comes to order accuracy , repeating orders before the customer leaves the speaker box to ensure the order was correct to start with . Moral of the story : I was bared and never allowed back at this location ever again . & it was for no apparent reason simply bc my order was rung up incorrectly and I wanted it corrected instead of a refund .This request was done by the general manager Emily Rodger’s , who is going to be the reason for Loss of future and existing customers. Read moreDO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Ordered a family pack online at 11:03am. Website said order would be ready at 11:30am. Order wasn’t ready until noon. By the looks of it, the staff totally overlooked our order and never made it until we got there to pick it up. I watched eight other orders go out before mine came up. My family was 30 minutes late to a family function as a result.
The girl was apologetic and offered cookies for the wait, but only offered THREE cookies for a family FOUR pack. Makes no sense.
To make matters worse, we got down the road and realized that they left out half of our fries that were supposed to go with our meal which we paid for. We were way too late to where we need to go and too far down the road to turn around for them. They also left out some of our sauces we paid for.
When we got home to eat, the chicken had clearly been cooked in old oil and the chicken tasted like burnt grease. I imagine they were rushed to correct their mistake and didn’t change out the oil.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. I will be contacting management for a full refund.

Read moreWhat a HORRIBLE experience today. Let me tell you, this has nothing to do with the food, as usual, I enjoyed it. However, our dining experience was totally different. There was a table with children seated at it with no parents in sight. There was drinks spilled all over. The we’re running through the restaurant without shoes on. They even went to the bathroom multiple times without shoes on. 1 of them was refilling an OJ container at the fountain and holding up the line of paying customers. The mouthpiece of the bottle touching the pour spout. I noticed 1 of them go to the counter and get a cell phone from one of the employees so at this point what was going on was clear. The children were disruptive not only to us, but multiple others, some of whom we watched change tables. Literally, right now, as I am typing this review sitting here still, 1 just came out of the bathroom with what appears to be the entire roll of toilet paper to wipe up the spilled orange soda. I blame mom for allowing these children to act like this in her workplace (which they shouldn’t even be there in the first place, but cudo’s where they’re deserved, mom made it to work). The blame goes to management for allowing this behavior. This experience was disturbing, disruptive, unsanitary beyond belief, and just a plain old BAD experience.
