Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hartwell

I'm never going to do anymore business with this Little Caesars. It's always something with them! However, this time, It was 7:00pm when I placed my order online, I live about 25 minutes away, and when I went in to check to see if it was ready they said it was in progress, so I stepped outside. A few minutes later I was told that they were completely out of thin crust, and did I want to switch it to a extra most bestest. I knew I didn't want to do that so I asked her if I could get a refund on that pizza. And she said she thinks she could cancel it on her side. I called my wife explained the situation and we agreed to still get the rest of our order and just have them cancel the thin crust. The employee asked me what I decided to do, and I said, "just cancel the thin crust and we will get the rest." Then she said that she couldn't do that, and the only option they were offering me for a mess up on their end was to switch it to to a cheaper extra most bestest. This upset me pretty good. I told them to just cancel the whole order! Because I have talked to the GM of this store more than once, they have usually made it right on another day however that doesn't fix the "what do you want to eat" problems of tonight. We went here on July 15, 2024 @ 5:19 pm. The service was HORRIBLE! Girl working the window was rude! My husband asked her what other soda they had besides Diet Dr. Pepper, she COMPLETELY IGNORED him! THEN, we get our order, the Crazy Bread was SO over-cooked, burnt on the ends, dried out and absolutely nothing on it. We handed it back to the rude girl, telling her it was over-cooked. She went and said something about it to someone, she then came back and told us that's how they were supposed to be. I am a baker, that IS NOT what they're supposed to look like! We told her we didn't want them then. So, she got the nastiest, most deplorable woman, I assume was the M.O.D., who was having an AUDIBLE argued over the phone with her daughter about baking chocolate! I have worked in the Food and Beverage industry for many years and am just appalled at the nasty, rudeness we were subjected to that day! I just went through my drive through at my local Little Caesars in Hartwell, Ga 30643 where the window was open and 3 employees were standing there made contact with both my daughter and myself! And just kept talking and didn’t acknowledge we were even there! Than walked off so than I tap on the counter at the drive through to get someone’s attention and the one employee walks over giving me a dirty look and says “we were just discussing another customer” very rudely after I told her I had been sitting there for now 5 minutes proceeds to tell me there is more important things they need to do like talk about other customers so ignore your current customer to talk about other customers is pretty much what she said to me!
