I grew up on Cape Cod, so firstly, don't pee on my head and tell me it's raining. Read the bottom of the first photo. If you pay your smiling faces YOURSELF, there's no reason to add 15% to ALL ORDERS JUST FOR SOMEONE TO YELL YOUR NAME and DROP a tray on your table.
Sounds like you just want cheap labor and you want your patrons to pay them for you. Again, my family owned 4 restaurants on the Cape. I speak from experience.
We were a party of 4. Ordered normal things, nothing special. 2 orders came out. Then 5 minutes later the 3rd order came out. Then after my wife asked about the 4th order 15-20 minutes later, everyone else was done. 4th order still hadn't come out.
When it finally DID come out? It wasn't that great. That food is pedestrian at best. Not worth the time or money.
Avoid it, there are much better options in the area.
Horrible experience:

Of course MOST owners know that holding on to August staff is simply a matter of PAYING THEM! Not relying on a slight of hand surcharge on your menu prices to pay staff which is YOUR responsibility. A "tip" is added for good service. We didn't get good service. On the contrary.
Of a party of 4, 3 people were DONE with their meal before the 4th was even served. COMPLETELY unacceptable.
In addition to that, my wife was met with eyerolls when she asked for the additional condiments which we had already asked for when placing our order.
Thanks for the offer of making it right, but there are MULTITUDES of better options in the area and we choose not to waste our time at your establishment and we hope this review helps others make the appropriate...
Read moreAfter walking to the window and ordering my food, I was informed about the 15% gratuity that would be added. I agreed simply in order to not make a scene with my family on our vacation. I've waited tables and tended bar for years (about 25 to be exact). Call me old school, but where I come from tips are for good service. In fact, TIPS stands for "to insure proper service". At this establishment we order our own food, pick it up when our name is called, throw our trash away and get up to ask for other incidentals such as ketchup and more napkins. Having a tip jar on the counter would be much more appropriate. That way, if customers feel that someone has gone above and beyond, they could put some cash in the jar. I feel sorry that perhaps the servers don't know and aren't experienced enough to realize how they're being used. The owner is making it work so that his customers pay his staff. Pretty slick. In addition to the undeserved tip, the food came out at 3 different times for a party of 4. The last meal came after everyone else was finished eating. The food itself? Absolutely nothing to write home about. The servers? They sure don't look happy to me! I will not go back. There are so many options in that area. We were very fortunate to have found many of them. This one just wasn't...
Read moreIf I could give 10 stars I would - not exaggerating! Ours was a unique experience, one I would highly recommend! Our daughter was married in Harwichport on Friday evening. We wanted a venue on Saturday to have a âday after breakfastâ for our guests (over 100). I spoke with the owner Sara and explained what we were looking for and she made our daughterâs vision come to life. We wanted a casual location with breakfast sandwiches and mimosas. Sara not only prepared 2 types of breakfast sandwiches, she also had delicious pastries, a mimosa and coffee station and a yogurt/granola/fruit bar. We had several tables on the deck and were able to enjoy the beautiful marina view. Everything was perfect! Location, servers, food, atmosphere! Many of our guests brought their small children to this event and were treated with TLC! We are looking forward to visiting...
