Went 8/11/18 at 8:25pm. This was our first time coming to a Schlotskys and this restaurant royally messed up our order and I am very upset up about it. For starters I ordered 2 small smoked turkey sandwiches but she left one off and luckily I checked my receipt after I paid to look at my order. I had to go out of the drive thru and go into the restaurant to tell her to add and pay separately for another sandwich which is highly inconvenient when you have small children in the car. After I waited in the parking lot for my order because it took them that long I drove home once they gave it to me. I opened the bag and was missing several items including my husbands's soup which is the whole reason we chose to go to a schlotskys. We were also missing my daughter's cookie and drink that was supposed to come with the kids meal. To top it off the sandwiches we got were not what we ordered at all. While one was indeed a turkey sandwich it had a chunk of meat in the middle (which was gone after one bite) and barely anything else to go along with it. I felt like I was eating bread with some mayo and a couple pieces of lettuce on it when I had ordered for everything to be on it. The second sandwich was not a turkey sandwich at all. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to the Schlotzskyās at 2410 Westport Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76177 and I had a horrible experience. First off I was waiting at the counter for 15 minutes before someone even greeted me. There was no one else in the restaurant and no one in the drive through line, I literally sat there and watched the manager on duty, DeeDee sweep the whole back of the restaurant before announcing to the other employees that there was a customer in the front. When someone finally does greet me, I place my order only for the employee to tell me that she doesnāt know how to ring that in and that her manager is to busy to help. So I walk out and go through the drive through to see if I can get any assistance there. Once Iām at the drive through window, I ask for the manager and DeeDee rudely comes up to the window with a huge frown on her face as if I am inconveniencing her and asks me what do I want. I tell her my order and why I am upset and she literally just shrugged me off and pretty much tells me oh well. So I told her to cancel the order. I am highly upset because never in my life have I received such a poor quality of customer service and my entire lunch break went by without me being able to get any food. This is ridiculous and I hope that the manager will be held accountable for actions to ensure no one else goes through this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am VERY disappointed in the service I received yesterday. I used to work in fast food, and try not to be too hard on the employees when things are slow/backed up. The lady who was taking orders was rude. Plus, my order was over half wrong. I ordered a large Beef Bacon Smokecheesyā¦she put my order as a large āBeef and Cheddar.ā The BBQ chicken calzone I order without onion or jalapeƱosā¦that was actually correct (I appreciate the effort). Then I ordered a large root beer NO ICEā¦it felt like it had ALL the ice from the restaurant in there. I guess, at least the drink FLAVOR was correct. Because I got my food on the way home (after a long drive from out of town), I didnāt feel like going back to get the order fixed. I understand it being a long day; working on a Sunday; and you have less than 2 hours until closingā¦take some time to actually review the order with the customer correctly. She actually repeated my sandwich correctly, but she never repeated my drink. I usually donāt have issues at this location, but I guess it was an off day. I also usually try not to review so negatively, but the attitude just got to meā¦then I sat at the window for at least 10 minutes after I paid; for them to make the wrong sandwich and her to give me a cup...
