This location is hit and miss with order precision. I’ve never had an issue with the quality of food. I will say that I only ever do curbside pickup because I have zero desire to feel rushed placing my order even though I never stray from my usual. It’s less human interaction which is how I prefer to go about life working a very public facing job. I get all my peopling done while I’m on the clock. The people they have running out orders are 10/10 lovely people who always come out with a smile and make polite conversation. A few know me by name because I usually stop every morning on my way to work. But like I said the order precision is a big hit or miss. About 40% of the time my sandwich is wrong. I get a sausage McMuffin add canadian bacon, hash brown, large orange juice and an apple pie. You think that would be easy. You’re just adding one ingredient. But there have been a number of times my order is missing the sausage, others it’s missing the canadian bacon, sometimes they don’t see the canadian, and just add bacon, they have even forgotten the cheese! I’ve made it a habit to try and check right away and if I have time run through the drive through before I pull out to have it fixed, but I have an order in which I eat my food (creature of habit here) and my sandwich is not what I start with. And sometimes the drive-threw is too busy for me to even want to attempt it. If I wanted to go in, I would do that from the start. So I just end up (not) eating the extra money I paid. I’ve definitely lost an easy $50 this year alone in...
Read moreI love how there are order kiosks there now so the workers can focus on getting everyone's order correctly instead of worrying about people at the counter, too. (I used to work at a McDonald's when I was younger. I remember how impatient people were when they had to wait an extra 27 seconds for them to order because I was bagging someone's drive-thru order) The kiosks also make it so much easier if you want to customize anything. I love getting a frappé with no whip (so that I get a flat lid), and a snack wrap with a different kind of sauce. Or when I get nuggets, all the sauces are listed there on the kiosk screen so I don't have to remember what ones they have and feel like I should get ranch or honey mustard because I couldn't remember what other ones they have at that moment aside from ketchup and BBQ (the two sauces I hate, probably from working there. The smell of them got to me after awhile and I couldn't eat with those anymore) and I dont wanna hold up the line or the employee that could be more productive than taking someone else's order they could honestly just take themselves. And I can easily pay how I want without having to tell anyone and wait for them to press the right button for the...
Read moreBeen here for myself and as a dasher for DoorDash. I’ve had pretty decent service every time I’ve been to this location until tonight when I was there picking up an order for DoorDash. I stood at the counter for a few minutes with no acknowledgment of my existence. I then sat at a chair closest to the registers so I was still visible. About 3 minutes later a gentleman asked if I had placed an order, I told him I was waiting for a DoorDash. He was rude, treating me like I didn’t know what I was doing although I have been a dasher for 3 years, and have picked up at this location numerous times. After I said that I was sorry, I usually pick it up off the counter when I see it’s ready. He tells me “weve never left it at this counter.” I said “thats where I’ve picked it up every other time” and he said “we just had this installed yesterday”. I told him, I guarantee you that you absolutely did not as I have picked up here for years now. He responded with “Well I’m the GM so..”
I then chose to walk out because I was going to waste no more time arguing with a full grown man, who should be acting MUCH more professional ESPECIALLY being the GM. Seems to be a trend with the McDonalds Management...
