Specifically asked for no whipped cream. After I paid and gave a tip the girl handed me my drink with whipped cream I said "o I didn't want whipped cream" she said with a rude tone "did u want me to take it off?" Well if I didn't want it I'd prefer u to listen to my original request and make my drink correctly🤦‍♀️ so rude! Won't be back to this location. Disappointing as I have never had bad service at this...

Kara remade a drink for me after the other scooters in town messed up my drink again. I called and asked if she could help and she was more than willing, apologetic and kind! More workers like this are needed! Ones who listen and care. She definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond...
