Subway — Restaurant in Hastings

Be very careful of the store they like to charge you extra for items and then not give them to you. can you imagine how much their bottom line of profit can go up by charging you extra for items that they don’t give you and then they don’t compensate you for it! It all adds up. very crooked, and then there’s no way to get a hold of corporate at all And they have no manager or supervisor working there for the next three days in a row, so the employees can be just as terrible as they want to with no accountability .

Now that I know there is absolutely no way to get a hold of Subway corporate if something goes wrong, I will never go to Subway again because clearly they don’t care at all. What kind of business makes no way at all for customers to file a complaint?

The girl at the store had an attitude. after she made two Subway sandwiches that I asked for she was done with me even though I was polite, she didn’t ask me if I need anything else, went right to the register. I told her I still want a cup of meatballs and she got really put out by that And went to go get my cup of meatballs. I told her nicely that I would like one piece of cheese put in the cup of meatballs. with an attitude, She told me she will have to charge me extra for the cheese. I said that’s fine. Well, she didn’t put the cheese in even though she was standing right close to where the cheese is at the time she said that, but she sure made sure she charged me for it , so I called her when I got home and realized she didn’t give me the cheese and the way she wanted to fix it was to have me spend more in gas than what the cheese cost to drive all the way back there to get the cheese charge reversed. Refused to comp me for my time and inconvenience , then I had no way to get a hold of corporate and the manager isn’t in for the next four days! How convenient....

When the old gent or anyone of the younger gals work the evening shift the store runs extremely smoothly and orders are put out very very fast however when the older gal is the shift lead in the evening it seems as if everything is the hardest task and it takes a while to get orders out she seems stressed out! All together the restaurant is kept very clean! I really applaud the subway franchisee for making both the restrooms unisex very intelligent chose and never run into any issue causing problems for the store or making a customer uncomfortable or comfortable very very very smart choice subway 3 of the stars go out to the fantastic mvp staff thevonther two are for the person who made the bathroom decision! Good job all of you oh and the food is delicious and very fresh!! The cookies are my absolute favorite cookies out of every fast...

The Subway on South Burlington in Hastings, Nebraska has the freshest ingredients! Definitely better than other subways I've been to where they're lettuce is welted and going brown and their shredded mozzarella cheese is starting to mold (Sutton, Nebraska location) and they don't close the lid to their meats, and toppings etc. But if you want the BEST EVER!!!! Subway you'll have to eat at the subway in Keystone, Colorado ❤️ I don't know if it's the altitude or what but it tasted so fresh and different than any Subway I've ever been to like they picked everything fresh before making your sub!
