Stopped in on Sep. 23 to pick up dinner for my boyfriends parents and I. Ordered and the lady at the register was very nice, but the manager (I think he was) was extremely rude. She messed up a few things while ringing in my order which happens (I too work in a restaurant), but the manager was EXTREMELY rude and yelling at her for apparently giving away "free coleslaw" because she forgot to input it as "on the side" when ringing in my order.
After getting my order and walking back to my car, my boyfriend realizes that his mom, who asked for just a "Big T" with Swiss cheese instead of American cheese, got roasted peppers, yellow banana peppers, and hot red peppers on her sandwhich. After almost wanting to break down after watching the manager yell at the lady, my boyfriend went back in to get the order fixed.
After re-entering, we showed the manager the receipt showing that peppers were added and he proceeded to point and look at me behind my boyfriend and say "didn't I ask you about the peppers?" and I said "No sir because none of the orders wanted peppers." He then proceeded to snatch the old order out of my boyfriends hands, make the new one, and aggressively put it on the counter.
This was the first time every ordering from this Primo in Hatboro and I will never go back again. Between yelling at the lady at the register instead of informing her of what she did wrong to trying to accuse me of saying I wanted peppers on the sandwhich really showed how they handle business in a food industry. Read moreIt is Sunday afternoon this location is a joke Corp needs to take control of this store can never call the phones are always off the hook Doordash is shut off there is only 2 employees in the store that are not even old enough to run a slicer and now that im at several locations that are fully staffed the owner always says its he can not get any employees is ridiculous several times he has asked do you want to buy a hoagie shop ! Id say he's so cheap that he does not have the money to be fully staffed. He constantly is yelling at his 2 employees nansty things which im supprised Human Resources has not been contacted. He walks around telling customers he does not care anymore. Note it is Sunday holiday weekend and he is know where to be found. Please get a new owner in this store I have to drive to Chalfont or Dresher locations to get service this location has gone so far down the tubes I will never go back. Read moreGot ripped off with help of Ubereats. Ordered one sandwich, saw that I could make changes ie no salt extra meat extra cheese ect. Every change created a new sandwich so when I went to place the order each change was another sandwich. I never got the food as I cancelled it after I hit enter on Uber Eats seeing a $108.10 total. I notified Primo Hoagies in Hatboro and Warrington and Ubereats. They had no record on their computer of the order and both were instructed to void the transaction. It was processed in Hatboro. I went to the store spoke with an employee named Mark who's hands were shaking violently hopefully for medical reasons and not drug induced.. He told me to speak with Steve the manager who wasn't there. I was told to come in the next day with the credit card and he would take care of it. I met Steve who was rude and did not issue my refund as we discussed on the phone. If you eat at this location beware of their over charging and the faulty website menu. I'll stick with Warrington store were employees and managers treat you with respect. Mark needs to be drug tested....
