Vinny's Pizzarama — Restaurant in Hatfield Borough

Order from here by accident meant to get delivery pizza but clicked the wrong thing. Ended up saying what the hell its down the street i will go pick it up.

Lg cheese pizza order of fries 2 , 2 liter bottles of coke.

I get there to pick up everything. I notice that they offer a discount to YMCA members since I am a member I ask if I can get that discount. But because I had "paid" online they couldn't give it to me. Not because I ordered online but because I paid. Ok, ok no problem lesson learned. I wish there web page had mentioned that but now I know.

Look around cooler with soda only has diet coke, I ask if they have regular they say no, so why was I able to order it? Why didn't you call when you got my order and saw you didn't have everything?

Now I am here the foods done this is nuts. Ok fine refund the cost. We can't you have to call the web site you ordered off of. Really ok fine in for a nickel in for a dollar.

Ok call them and have it refunded. We can't. Um why not. Because you have to call them. Ok irritated now. But give me the number. Its on your receipt, ok i don't have that with me whats the number? Hands me there copy of the receipt thats shows 2 cokes... ya guys you should of called me and let me know you didn't have what was clearly written here.

Call the web site, they tell me they have to talk to the restaurant staff. Ok so why am i calling??? Why didn't the resturant staff call?? Irritating.

So all that squared away and on ward home i go. I live very very close quick bike ride close. But I am driving its simply to warm in my car to want to be out side.

Get home pizza is cold and fries are cold.

Disappointed kids, annoyed mother.

Cooking a dinner i did not plan on cooking that night was quite annoying.

Needless to say, I have no intention of doing a repeate of that...

I wana start out by saying Vinny n I used to work together waaaaaayyyyyy back in the day when Antonio had him workin at Sophie’s which is now Rony’s in souderton lmao! Best guy I’ve ever had the privilege of workin with! Funny, on point, never let a customer leave without a smile and a helluva cook! So with that bein said….I’d love to know who’s making his Tiramisu….? I’m not an expert or make it myself but my mama does n I’ve had it from basically EVERYWHERE Lolol and the only issue I have is that the lady fingers are always super dry(not soaked in rum or substitute) and the mascarpone is either very little or someone subbed it out for a thick whipped cream….??…..I’m sure if any Italian mama or grandma had some, they would prolly go into slight shock Lol I’m just sayin…….SO! could we maybe dig up an old school tiramisu recipe or y’all could have mine!!! Otherwise keep up the kickass work and yummy food and hopefully we can nail down a good...

Having been a customer at Vinnie's for well over 15 years venture to say it was much better with the original owner Vinny before he turned the business over to a family member. My fiance and I went there after a movie for a slice of pizza the pizza is still very good not the best but very good. However they list their closing time as 10 we arrived shortly after 9 maybe 9:10 and instead of taking care of customers they were concentrating on cleaning up the store all around us somewhat disconcerting closing at 10 means you close when customers have been completely taken care of. Never the less the staff was still friendly and courteous not a bad place for a slice or even a pie just not what it used to be...
