I had the most incredible dining experience at Colmar Cheesesteak and wings and I cannot wait to share my glowing review! From start to finish, this place exceeded all my expectations, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

The ambience was simply enchanting. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The interior design was tastefully done, striking the perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy charm. The lighting was just right, creating a relaxing and intimate setting that made the whole dining experience truly memorable.

Now, let's talk about the food! I ordered their famous cheesesteak and fries, and oh my goodness, they were out of this world! The cheesesteak was perfectly cooked, with tender, juicy slices of meat, smothered in melted cheese and nestled within a fresh, soft roll. It was a mouthwatering delight with every bite, and I couldn't get enough of it. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, seasoned to perfection, making them an excellent complement to the cheesesteak. This combination was truly a match made in culinary heaven!

However, what truly set this restaurant apart was their incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued guest. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, ready to assist with recommendations and ensure that every aspect of my dining experience was top-notch. (Take out order) Hate leaving negative reviews but honesty is imperative for improvement. Serving sizes and taste overall was not something I’d recommend to a friend. Ads and photos on social media/articles really looked appealing so we gave it a try. My cheesesteak had about 1/4th of the meat from the photos advertised. I could smash the hoagie roll and you wouldn’t see any meats or toppings, that’s how little it was filled. If you can squeeze the Philly and have all the toppings disappear, it may not be a good Philly. Reminded me of a Wawa Philly. The order of fries were soggy so we air fried them at home. We might try this place one more time this in the future after they’ve been open and serving for a while but this was our first experience and unfortunately it didn’t leave us wanting more. So this was a pretty terrible experience. Our server (who was very nice) seemed to struggle with taking our orders, and all three of us had something wrong when our food came out (poutine came without cheese, spicy chicken sandwich came dry with no spicy sauce, and the provolone from that chicken sandwich was put on my cheesesteak instead). Also, the food took over half an hour to get once we ordered it (we were the only customers there the whole time), which makes me think there was only one person back there preparing everything.
