This rating is based off of the customer service from the two old ladies in the morning. At first I thought it was just me. I normally would go in before work and purchase donuts for my team. A few times my donuts was not fresh they was hard as if they have been sitting. So I started to pay attention to where the ladies as they prepared my order and notice the slimmer one would reach to the back to grab my donuts. I went for a week straight just to compare and the slimmer lady was giving me old donuts from the back instead of fresh donuts. So I called spoke to manager he apologized and told me come get another one no problem. After that the slimmer last stop serving me, which wasn’t a problem for me since I like fresh donuts. The problem came when she started to go out her way not to service me. If I was next and she was available she would start doing something else as if she was soooo busy she couldn’t help me. One of the younger girls even said something as to why are you not helping the next guess it’s a line, her response was I have to do a 8:30am order and it’s 7am and I’m a customer standing right in front of her beyond rude...

This establishment and the unprofessionalism given by the manager and the employee was insane. Employee handed over a GENDER REVEAL donut order and it was stated “my mom placed the order” and the employee handed over the donuts and said “here are the donuts with the pink filling in them and even repeated himself. The manager did absolutely nothing and with no sympathy or accountability stated “well we normally don’t take these kind of orders without a 24 hour notice” we said back then why accept the order. Why not have an ounce of sympathy or even awareness that they ruined this experience for us. Terrible employees and terrible management. It’s so upsetting because we would come here all the time and were jumping for joy that they would do this for us. But I can no longer support a business who will treat customers like that.
