Wawa — Restaurant in Hatfield Township

We have an office located here in town that I visit maybe once a year. When I’m in town, I find the Wawa’s a decent place to go if I need fuel.

This store is clean inside and outside. The fuel islands are very clean. I just wish they had long handle squeegees some high profile vehicle can get windshields cleaned better.

I’m not particularly fond of what they charge for hot foods, but if time is not on your side and you’re getting fuel , it makes sense to get the food. This part of Pennsylvania has terrible road designs being similar to New Jersey, so with the terrible traffic patterns it’s hard to get fast food - fast.

I went to this Wawa on 9/10/21 at around 6am. Associates (chubby guy & a lady) at the register were rude & ignorant. I wanted to order egg & cheese croissant which was not on the list on Kiosk. So I waited at the counter for 10 minutes, waiting to be addressed. Nobody acknowledged me. Then I said 'excuse me, I need help'. The guy heard me but he walked away from the counter ignorantly & him & the lady both started laughing. I still waited there for 5 minutes. Still nobody came to help. So then I just left. I mean if you hate your job then leave & do something non customer service related. At least don't ruin other...

I am a wawa only kinda girl but some are better than others. So since I’m a fan already I was surprised that a wawa could stand out so far beyond the others. I was taken back by how friendly everyone was, my food was made so fast it was unbelievable and I ordered a lot and it’s 11am. Everyone seemed happy to be there who worked there. I needed help with the kiosk and they were so helpful. The ladies making the food specifically were exceptional. I don’t make reviews often unless I’m very disappointed or beyond impressed.
