Our experience and multiple other strangers’ reviews has left me wondering why corporate is being negligent with their Hatfield business location. I asked for a beverage made with almond milk. It had regular milk and my partner got sick. This is extremely concerning for people like him because his reaction was immediate. His mouth and throat burned. His reaction to drinking milk causes pain in his stomach, chest, mouth and throat. This is similar for others with the sensitivity or the allergy. He was coughing and had mucus even after medicine. We took action to prevent it from being further severe but please have caution in the future to use the correct substitute. The employee should have taken special precautions or raised flags for them to confirm. Plenty of other Dunkins have repeated the orders back or asked me if they were unsure about substitutes. After I thought it important to share our experience. Now that I see the reviews that echo ours its a safety issue. I am extremely disappointed if this store is not addressing their pattern of consistently giving out incorrect orders, they could harm more people. It is the closest Dunkin to my house so I always give them the benefit of the doubt but after probably the 12th time of sassy attitudes, the wrong orders given to me, my drink being made the wrong way, and me telling them it was wrong and then being told by them I was wrong until I had to physically show them the difference between real caramel and the syrup pump clear caramel did they remake my drink but still no apology even after I told them I was allergic to the clear pump caramel syrup it physically makes me sick. On the same occasion they left me sitting at the window for over six minutes waiting for a straw, When “Jen, the blonde, seems to be the same blonde we are all talking about“, noticed I was still at the window she raced her hands to the sky and screamed what now, open the window, I said straw please, she basically threw a straw at me and shut the window with no apology. Read moreI have tried giving them chances time and time again. Almost every time I go there they mess up my order. Maybe one or twice have they ever gotten my order right. And when I tell them my order is wrong they go "oh sorry we don't have that on our menu so we gave you something else". Like what? That's absolutely bogus Some examples- I asked for a cheese wrap and got one in bacon in it and I checked before I ate it and went back to tell them and all they said was they didn't have it. So why would you give me one with bacon in it without telling me? What if I can't eat bacon? Another one being my drinks, when I order on the app it says it's available but when I get there half of their stuff "isn't available". And usually I can just get a refund and go on my way but today they told me that "you can't get refunds on to-go orders" and gave me a drink I didn't want and gave me two orders of hashbrowns for the price of one instead of the snack pancakes I actually ordered before shooing me off. Absolutely ridiculous, I think I'm really lenient when it comes to the food industry since I work in it but this is unacceptable.
