I've frequented Heath for years and they helped to support my interest in baking by selling me flour over the last 3+ years. Aside from one incident, the staff has been tremendous and very kind. Typically, I would show my appreciation by also purchasing other items in addition to the flour. Today, I went in to buy flour and the woman who I spoke with (short with longer, dark hair) was so incredibly dismissive to me, even after explaining that I've been coming solely to them for years. She said something to the effect of "whatever' and started to turn away. It's disappointing that one person can ruin something that I enjoyed. I intentionally bought here to support a small, local business rather than buying from a mill or online store but I'm done after this incident. Read moreConsistently great quality. Always a pleasure to go in, the people who work there are awesome. Cranberry dinner rolls are constantly in danger of being eaten in the car on the way home. Raisin bread is devilishly soft and moist. The pastries are constantly calling my name (and winning). I always wind up leaving with something new. The loaves are also very well priced and will be making an appearance on my holiday meal tables going forward.
