I usually do not write about my negative experience for any store, because we are all human and things happen, But…. this time this location hurt my sentiment and the attachment I had for TacoBell for many years.. So I placed an order through TacoBell phone application last night around 5 pm (Sunday, December 27th, 2020) and I choose the pick up time of 6:15 pm, I went to the Store to pick up my food around 6:10 because I know they do get busy some nights and we have to wait… so I waited for couple of mins outside in the parking lot, at 6:20 I went in to the Drive Through lane to pick up my food because it was showing that my food is ready (status was shown on the TacoBell application), I went in Drive Through lane and spoke to the person (from where you would actually place an order, near the display menu) the lady said, yes your order is ready and you can pull over to 2nd window.. I went to 2nd window, the Store Manager just pull over your car to the Curb Side pick spot #01 and we’ll bring your food outside… I parked my on the Spot# 01 and waited waited and waited till 6:45, then I called the store at 6:45 (the number is written on their curbside pick up instruction, they didn’t answer), I called at 6:46 (they didn’t answer) I could literally see through the door that 3 employees work in the kitchen, 2 employees are sitting on the sofa, but no one really cared about picking up the call…. I got off my car and went close to the door and waived my hand and asked some one to help me out.. one girl came out and asked, “What Happened”? I said “I am waiting for my food for last 30 mins and you guys said it’s ready please wait by the curb side pickup, and will bring it out side” so she goes… “Oh its not ready yet, you have to wait”, I said “How Long?”, she goes again “Not sure” I mean really? What do you mean “Not Sure”? She went inside and sent another guy out.. I think he was 23-24 old guy, he asked for me and said “Do you See Bruh whats happening here? (he was showing a big line of Cars in the drive through” I said “Yes, I can see and I am one of them (Your customer, and picking up my food)”, he said “You’ve Chill in the Car and will bring the food outside whenever it is ready” (I never got what did he mean.. because if the order placed online in advance then the order should be prepared as they received” I could see they were giving more priorities to Drive Through customers, but that’s okay…. At the same time there were other people were waiting for their food in the Parking Lot and they gathered at the Door as well because all of them were so frustrated, but the Employee seem to be talking nicely with other people (As they were not ASIAN People), When I asked the guy, “Could You please find out how long it is going to take for my order to get ready? As I am picking up my food for my kids” and that dude goes like “if you CANT wait, then LEAVE” (This made me angry like a hell because I could literally see that he is being nice with other people in and getting their food out but not for me (is it because I am an ASIAN guy?, I have not experienced this for the first time, I have experienced it multiple times at this store, especially in the evening shifts) I came back home from Taco Bell without my food (which was already PAID for online) after wasting my 1 hour, I opened my application to cancel the order and I got the surprise that I CANT cancel the order once it is placed…. So… long story short… TACO BELL where is my Food that I ordered last night..? if you cant get me my FOOD, then please refund my full MONEY…. It seems like… you are stealing money from people and filling up your pocket…. You lost one of your oldest customer (not just for this store… but for the whole brand), and I have at least 50-60 friends and family in Lansdale area who have already received this feedback and the video I had recorded… I am sure this will make them lose another 20-30 customers (atleast)….

I ordered about $20 worth of food. When it arrived my nacho fries are half empty. I got like 10 fries. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD! The cheese sauce was almost hardened. I never got a straw, or any of the sauces I ordered. The only saving grace is the dude that answered the phone at the store. He was cool and polite. Door dash was straight up disrespectful!!! They gave me a number to get a refund bc he can't do it (they were closed even though taco bell is open til 12am). So I called back and got some rude girl with attitude. I requested it be resent the food bc it is too cold to eat and I paid for hot food. She then said she can't send it out. I asked why she can't and she just sighed and said she just can't, and that she will process a 50% discount(not acceptable, I ordered from somewhere else). I said I want a full refund bc my food is cold. So she decided to give it to me. Then I asked if I can get that in an email and she just hung up on me. This is not acceptable. The beefy 5 layer burrito has almost no meat in it at all. Wasn't taco bell just sued for this?

I ordered 2 vegetarian Mexican pizza, I clarified and it was on the recipe. My total was 13.74. They messed up both of them by adding meat to it, we had to drive back 25 minutes back and after returned they put a small piece of chicken on both pizzas. When we opened it at the place(1700 N. Broad St. Lansdale , PA 19446)we did not see it because it was a small piece but when we got home in the light we noticed it. I find it extremely disappointing/ disrespectful that they did not take any seriousness towards my religion. I called back to ask why they messed with my 2 order and they hung up both my calls. I have the receipt and picture proof of this. They ruined not only the first time but the second order as well. This was near closing time so we could not go back, because of late night ruined our dinner. This particular store is becoming a big problem for our people. i know nothing is going to be done but taco bell as a franchise should take other religions seriously and properly handle this kind of situations.

I ordered 2 vegetarian Mexican pizza, I clarified and it was on the recipe. My total was 13.74. They messed up both of them by adding meat to it, we had to drive back 25 minutes back and after returned they put a small piece of chicken on both pizzas. When we opened it at the place(1700 N. Broad St. Lansdale , PA 19446)we did not see it because it was a small piece but when we got home in the light we noticed it. I find it extremely disappointing/ disrespectful that they did not take any seriousness towards my religion. I called back to ask why they messed with my 2 order and they hung up both my calls. I have the receipt and picture proof of this. They ruined not only the first time but the second order as well. This was near closing time so we could not go back, because of late night ruined our dinner. This particular store is becoming a big problem for our people. i know nothing is going to be done but taco bell as a franchise should take other religions seriously and properly handle this kind of situations.

I went to this location after I was finished work with two coworkers once we were finished our shifts (we all drove separately) as we all pulled in one of the employees was outside smoking and went inside and locked the door, we could see several other employees sitting inside at the tables on their phones, there was no one else there ordering food at the time we got there (8:30pm). As we made our way around to order at the drive thru the lady taking our order was very rude was trying to be snappy with our orders and continued saying “anything else” as we were trying to order, one of us asked if we could have hot sauce and she replied “Ill see what I can do”. As we made our way to the second window to pay this woman continued the same attitude like it was an inconvenience to her that we were there ordering food. After we got our food we proceeded to pull around the parking lot to eat together and continue our conversation in the one car, when opening the bag there was no hot sauce. As we were eating together we all noticed 2-3 employees walking over and looking inside our vehicles which made us uncomfortable, there was no other customers at this time and we saw that their was 4 employees outside smoking or standing out there. As we decided to leave due to the uncomfortable situation in our separate cars, the same woman (we think) shouted out to us stating “this is not a hang out spot” in a rude tone of voice. I would understand the frustration if we were there a prolonged period of time or taking up space due to a lot of people being there but we were eating for around 15 minutes and there was no one else in the parking lot besides employees. Our entire experience from start to finish was uncomfortable and not an enjoyable experience in the slightest, I will not be returning to this...

I have had issues the last THREE times Ive ordered cinnamon twists. They taste like windex or some sort of cleaner I always spit them out. I ordered online for pickup at drive thru. They told me to park by the doors and someone would bring my food out. After waiting 20 mins I went inside. They gave my order to another car.. they said they would remake it, which they did, but then gave it to another car AGAIN. Manager was screaming at the workers over this. Someone finally gave me a bag of food after waiting 40 minutes and it was none of the things I paid for. I finally got someone’s attention and told them it was the wrong order. The manager again screamed at everyone and remade my order for a FOURTH time. I checked the bag and the woman behind the register said I need to move along. I was still missing 2 tacos… she gave me 2 coupons and that was it. Never got my missing food after waiting inside for over an hour not including the 20 mins outside waiting. They have charged me for drinks numerous times and then when I ask for them they say they dont have them and cant refund me.. They forget food or give us the wrong order almost every single time. The manager screams at employees constantly and argues with customers when they have been waiting over 20-40mins and ask for refunds. They say they can not refund. This store desperately needs either more or new employees. It...
