Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

My husband and I just visited DQ in Richland, MS. We both requesed the "$5 lunch special" which became a hassle because we did not want the treat, finally agreed to take them in order to finalize our purchase. (apparently its not available without the sundae) The floor was so sticky/nasty that our shoes stuck with each step so we decided to sit outside. My husband went to wash his hands, an employee immediately walked out with our treats...one was overfilled with ice cream literally dripping from container all over her hands... I was thinking, sloppy messy ice cream treats we did not even want and its served before our burgers, outside and temp is about 85. She immediately returns with our burgers & fries. Then she offers to remake the over filled treat. I said no thank you, we're not going to eat it. My husband arrived, I then went to wash up... After returning I began eating my burger, only one bite, I realized my patty was not completely cooked, so raw I'd say It appeared to have been heated, flipped and placed on bun. I said something to my husband he looked and realized his too was not fully cooked but had already eaten most of it. Over all I'd rate Food-Decor-Service, VERY POOR Do not plan on eating at that DQ...

This was an absolute disaster of a visit. I went in the drive thru and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo with fries and a caramel and chocolate milkshake. I was told it would be 6 minutes for the chicken. I don't mind waiting if the food is fresh. I was given my milkshake at the window and was told to pull on the grass near the street to wait. I waited 15 minutes and the food had not come out. I decided to go in and the food had not been fixed. I waited an additional 10 minutes for fries and when I got them, you could smell that the grease was old. It smelled like very old grease and the fries were super dark as well as the chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was also hard and inedible. I try my best to be understanding with wait times and a mistake but 25 minutes for this is unacceptable, plus by milkshake was just flavored milk by the...

First of all, I highly recommend the Blizzard here. It's incredibly delicious. Since I love chocolate, I ordered the Brownie Batter today, and oh my goodness, it was amazing! It was rich and flavorful, and I absolutely loved it. Even though I only ordered the small size, it was more than enough. The ice cream comes before the main course, so you get to enjoy it right away!

For the main course, I ordered the Backyard Bacon Ranch. The meat was super thick and juicy, and the best part is that the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend dining here. There are plenty of parking spaces and lots of seating, making it a great place for the whole family.
