Horrble experience! I asked what type of quesadilla was on the lunch menu for $9.99. The server replied steak. Yeah! I ordered steak with queso. My sister ordered chicken no queso. The salsa tasted like diced tomatoes with no seasoning. We ordered pico to doctor it. Food arrives....I was served chicken quesadilla with queso cheese covering it. My sister was served the steak with no queso. When I brought it to the server's attention, she just looked at us and commented that the cook mixed it up. No offer to fix it. She suggested we trade plates. My sister told her that she does not want queso on her food. The server just looked at us and walked away. We ended up scraping cheese off one and I ate mine dry. Big disappointment. Time to pay up....we were charged dinner prices and we were charged for the queso!! We were told that the queso was charged like a side. I didn't get queso on my steak quesadilla I reminded her. The man at the register argued with her in Spanish. She then translated that the lunch quesadilla was shredded chicken. What?? I asked. She told me steak. That was an overcharge of $3 for my sister's and $6 for mine plus the $2 for the queso I didn't get. Another server stepped in and offered to take my name and number. She would give it to the manager, so he might give us a discount for the next time we come in. I am from out of town. Two wrongs and I won't eat...
Read moreOh no! But JUST NO! Food was so awful. No flavor at all. I cannot believe anyone could possibly like this place. I had enchiladas poblanos, nachos, taco salad and 1 corn birria. The birria was extremely soggy and just had no flavor at all. The taco salad was extremely underwhelming and just a mixture of salad stuff with cheese poured on top to hold it all together. Nachos? Oh, what to say? They were just ground beef with melted cheese on top. The enchiladas? Zero minus zero flavor. I have had better meals from the frozen foods section. No garnishments at all - no sour cream, no salsa, no lemon/lime , pic degallo, not even 1 slice of jalepeno or a sprig of parsley or cilantro. Zero ZERO ZERO! Nothing to help jazz up this horrid waste of money and hungry pit in my stomach - cannot...
Read moreTried to give them a second chance, nachos were pretty decent but the Birria taco that they charge $4 for one was extremely underwhelming and chewing, almost a consistency of having paper in the meat or something. The last time I was in there a guy stood in front of me and talked on the phone and walked off, as if I hadn’t just walked in, luckily the server that was waiting tables could read that the guy was being an AHole and assisted me, but after that initial experience I just didn’t feel like encountering him again but I chose against my judgment and gave another try and the Birria just swore me off. No consume, no onions, no cilantro or anything just a taco plain, soft with meat, first and last, I recommend Del Sol or La Taqueria that’s right up 49 from them next to...
